户调研，他们叫做twin role；不过对于一些大公司比如微软，这两个就分的很细（微
软的特点：D），designer主要面
对有artistics，工艺美术设计，graphic designer背景的，工作本身侧重于硬件软件
产品界面的设计，比如色彩，字
体，transparency等的使用。ux researcher（这里的researcher并不是常规意义上的
research scientist）则偏向于调
查了解用户需求，产生产品初期，中期的user requirements，确保产品的feature满足
用户需求；产品后期则可能需要

IMHO, trying to get some professors as references would be a better idea.
For example, some professors that one took classes from.
The rationale is that the references need to have certain credibility from
the company's perspectives. A professor has more "positional" credibility
than a candidate's buddy has. |
