这是曾经跟我讨论过的一位传教士弟兄，21岁的他，离开两年传教工作之前在他的博客
上的信。这些年轻人性格各异，但对福音都有一样的热爱。我记得去年我跟他们几个月
之间的每一次讨论。他们的谦卑，知识，好学，耐心和爱心对我是永远的鼓励。他们对
天父的爱，对主耶稣的爱，对不论何种人不懈和毫无论断的爱，对我也是良好的榜样。
To One And All!
This letter will be short because I don't want to drag it out but I wanted
to be able to write one more time as a full time missionary. What a great
privilege and opportunity it has been to be a missionary.

maybe during the daytime, too many people in the campus. Therefore we
can not smell its incense. But when i rambling around the ZJU campus with
my parents during the night, it is really fragrant and intoxicate me every
time.
Hongkong uiv seems more beautiful than ZJU, but i can not find 桂花 tree
and also that feeling.
P.S. still some problem with my chinese charactics entering, so i have to
pour with english. i hate it. |

1. Get the basics right - meaning the stuff you should have learned from the
specs, the API, etc.
2. Focus on demonstrating your problem solving and learning ability.
3. Be honest when you don't know the answer to a question. For an entry-
level candidate, the worst mistake he can make in an interview is to start
rambling on when he doesn't know the answer straight.

有很多角度可以探讨一下。
比如Spring，Spring的config/context xmls本身看可以看成是一种DSL，这些pojo，就
是DSL中的function/data。一个如何从FP的角度理解DSL的blog，

your pitch intriguing so that they will ask you questions. Finish the pitch
with something a little personal so that it will be easier for people to
remember you.
Don't ramble! The key is how you present yourself (Smile!) ...it shows your
confidence.
Do mock interviews. If you have a video camera, tape it. The video will

to enter the "finance world" without even knowing what it is about but
keep rambling questions no one can answer.
The question is backwards. You should first ask yourself, what kind of job
do I want to do, and then what programs may help me achieve that. So what
do you expect yourself to do: investment banking (underwriting, M&A)? wealth
management? trading? research? commercial banking? quantitative analysis?

chatty and always holds me on the phone for nonsense, she talks faster
than she thinks and rambles and jumps topic before you can catch. After a
year painful experience with her, my english rocks (not socks). |

schools. My director gets upset when "new people" (staff nurses with less
than 2 years in the unit) apply for crna schools. Unfortunately, I am in the
"new people" category- I've been working in my unit (a 40-bed CVICU) for
just a year. I am very scared of asking her to write my recommendation
letters; again, unfortunately, the couple schools that I like most require

From a humble psychometrian's point of view, I'm always doubtful of giving
latent constructs grand labels such as intelligence, or in this case, life
satisfaction.
On the other hand, there is really no guarantee that if you keep asking people
one question, you'll end up getting a more reliable measurement on the latent
