复利计算，等你下个月账单来了，可能这些费用加起来就好些！！
实在要用CC存：
1)先把CC的余额搞成负的，也就是说先付一笔钱到上面去，这样至少不会让算日利息；
2)不要搞$50这种小额，多点至少固定手续费所占比例低点。
其实用visa/mastercard gift card比较好，只有几块钱的购买/激活费用。
或者从银行走支票帐户。
cash out至少fulltilt和PS都不收钱，其他很多站点开张支票要$15什么的手续费，很
黑。 |

sometimes they don't, sometimes they do, depending on which "midman"
processor company they choose to use randomly.
i got charged for a few, contacted FTP, and they reimbursed me as some
courtesy, but it's just for 1 or 2 times at most.
later i switched to e-check, later i switched to do-not-lose... lol.

1) you must have a solid base or your core game play. this can only be
achieved by playing a lot, some say 10K hands is the cutting line. after you
play a lot and see so much, you'll know what hands/plays are profitable,
your comfortable range, bankroll management, ... dan harrington's books (
cash game series) will build the foundation for you. in a word, you play

there should be a link there (bottom of the signup page), where you can go
to fulltilt and download from. follow the instructions and you'll be fine.
fulltilt is pretty generous, so as long as you're with rakebackpros before

每年5，6月间最热闹，因为7月开赛。
还是那句话，参赛卷不重要，其实都是凑一万美金+差旅费。
建议FTP，因为人气高，两者是5：1的差距，而且UB的作弊名声有点臭(当然，不涉及咱
们小玩家)。

do, zan!
i play about 3 hours/day, so i'd say 1K hrs/year, then my rough avg. hourly
rate is about $10 (this includes rakeback and bonus, and mixed tourney+cash).
my optimal # of tables is 4, 2 cash games, 2 tourneys (which i can auto
pilot in early stages), more than that, i lose control and get headaches.
as for reading, i don't have large chunks of time to do it, so i read 15-20
mins everyday here and there.

aspects:
1) #2 biggest site, you can always find 80K+ players online. PS is bigger
but they don't have rakeback. other sites? they'd love to see 20K players at
any time;
2) easy deposit/withdrawal, free ACH/check for small amounts. many other
small/medium sites charge you fees and have longer processing time;
3) very good customer support and reputation;
4) user friendly software, well designed.

不过统计数字，no limit, 2009 best small stake grinders (参考俺前２周贴的)，
大概一年cash game的收入在最多十万以内(不含rakeback, bonus等等)，单一帐号，一
般估计这个量级的至少在多个站点都会玩。
如果以这个高标准来参考的话，一般牌友如果能达到3W这个数字的话，应该就是很优秀
了。
grind只所以叫grind，的确是时间投入巨大。上班的话一年不过2000小时，这个很容易
就也差不多了。
所以光靠small stake是只能小补，不能发财的。
于是，无外乎：
1)迅速move up，这个很难，一个durrrr后面站着9999999个losers，何况durrrr也在也
很惨;
2) 同时打tournament，广洒种子，一年搞那么２，３次中型的冠军，那么3W的目标相
对容易多了，比如去年的KKRUN和pokeryjj两位。 |
