The wood shake roof covering is in poor to failed condition. There are major
areas with split and/or excessively cupped shingles. Many hip and ridge
components have joint separation. Underlayment is exposed to UV radiation,

The homeowner should budget for replacement of the roof covering prior to
the next rainy season.
是不是现在已经过了雨季，可以挨到下半年再屋顶呢？主要是手头比较紧，budget不够
了。。。

dislike about working in MS, give yourself a chance to see it instead of
listening to some anonymous people on a BBS.
There are not many things to do in January, it will be dark and rainy likely

记得初次邂逅Mt.Rainier(雷尼尔雪山)是在数年前的一个夏天，那时还在求学，千里迢

Vancouver has more rainy days and more rain than Seattle. I personally don't
mind at all, but as I recall, you were complaining about rain. I actually
do like Vancouver more as a city to live in (nothing to do with its weather)
, but not for working.
LA and SF? If you mean you like smog, sure, go live there. |

一样，你可以自己上房产网站看看，就能知道符合自己条件的大致情况了。比如redfin
，zillow，trulia之类的。工作的话可以上linkedin通过你以前外企的老外同行寻找工
作信息和资源。一般来说是先找到工作，再在工作地点附近买房子，西雅图没有洛杉矶
大，但是上下班也非常堵车。
西雅图冬天阴天多，夏天也很晒，当然还是比洛杉矶好很多了。google一下most rainy
cities，西雅图都没有进前五，西雅图的姐（宿）妹（敌）城Portland倒是进了，阴
天比西雅图还要多。
要想了解一个地方，最好还是要有实地感受，这两地相距并不遥远，机票打折的时候一
百多来回，欢迎来考察：） |
