我有行车记录仪，不知道能否截图说明问题 （我打算就说我老婆自己录着玩的，好像
有人不是很喜欢行车记录仪），
1. 他警车车窗一直关闭，而且有tint，不知道能否说radar不准确，
2. 警车有盲点，不是可以从很远就locate我，有桥和之前的车挡住视线，而且他的车
头是朝行进方向，向后看不是非常clear
3. 他车跟上我之后旁边还有车超我，而且显示我前面的车离我越来越远，不知道是不
是可以说moving radar record的不是我？
都说和TVB搞几乎个人不可能赢，但是我的case有没有可能。求建议！

下这个事情。
结论：消失地点应该在 N：8度0分 E: 103度30分

1。条子抓你的时候，如果说雷达测的，一定一定当时就要求看证据！不要怕罗嗦。（
可惜这个偶当时根本不知道，傻傻就签了字。）
2。Trail by Written Declaration,尽量专业，逻辑清楚。--特别感谢liu把律师写的
给我参考，受益良多！（可惜written还是被判guilty,呵呵）
3。Written输了表灰心，重新找条子要证据，准备上庭用。（结果是我要的东，他给的
西，而且文件漏洞不少。）

我找工作的时候，去monster什么的，一水radar engineer,除了四大军工，还有
lincoln lab之流的小军工常年招
radar engineer,还不说那些univerrsity里面的research group
只要有citizenship,搞雷达那真是捧着金饭碗啊
其实这种东西，也是综合实力，一phased array attenna, 100万个ic circuit都不止

这个问题在几年前曾经热烈讨论过。当时张召忠将军也认为弹道导弹就是按照预定轨道
飞行不可能打航母。他说的当然是一种传统的弹道导弹，即所谓惯性制导的导弹才是这
样按照预定导弹飞行的。
那么给弹道导弹加上末端制导是不是可以打击移动目标？
有个谚语说，理论是灰色的，而生活之树长青。弹道导弹也不是一成不变的，也在不断
发展。
现在有人说，导弹速度高精度就低，弹道导弹打航母是不可能的。对于那些只相信美国
人的朋友，我不妨举一个美国的例子，就是潘兴-II战术导弹。它的射程可达1800公里
，十二倍声速，它再入大气层之后做一次末端制导，圆周精度可以达到30米。注解1，
是从维基百科拷贝下来的，给虎落平原等网友扫扫盲。

Something doesn't make sense here. How did it find 151 in the first place
without using its own radar? If 112 used radar, 151 should have received
radar warning, and knew the direction it was coming from.
This is more like a case of exercise set up designed as one of those "use
low tech weapon to attack high tech enemy" show. 151 had to fail. |

米眼高能观测的最大距离只是16nm而已，但radar探测的距离比这个远多了，25米眼高
的Furuno能探测的大概是20nm(我鳖潜艇大多用这个），Raytheon可以探测到50-80nm，
我不知道151上面的凯歌雷达如何，但radar horizon在导航上并不是最重要的指标，重
要的是角分辨率。
151舰的问题并不是开没开防空雷达，它的问题是当防空雷达没开机的时候，凯歌导航
雷达的信号竟然没输入指挥系统，也许我鳖的bridge只是bridge,跟作战指挥系统不是
一个部门，这才是问题的关键。
你要对现代舰艇指挥系统了解的话，就会明白现代指挥系统只是一个带很多接口的CPU
，但恰恰是151上的没凯歌的接口。
151上的自动导航雷达用的是上海无线电厂的凯歌。 |

S or L band的雷达可以很容易发现F－22或F35， J20， J31. 美军不怕这种雷达，

根据wiki:

也就是同等反射效果的球的截面积.

里面对RCS的定义是一致的:

这里，雷达反射面积不是目标的几何截面积，而是一个与目标产生同等回波的金属圆球

同一个文章里同时提到F22的RCS是0.0065m^2.
3.14*x^2=0.0065=> x=0.045m=4.5cm
也就是相当于一个完美的9cm直径的圆球.

这个问题在几年前曾经热烈讨论过。当时张召忠将军也认为弹道导弹就是按照预定轨道
飞行不可能打航母。他说的当然是一种传统的弹道导弹，即所谓惯性制导的导弹才是这
样按照预定导弹飞行的。
那么给弹道导弹加上末端制导是不是可以打击移动目标？
有个谚语说，理论是灰色的，而生活之树长青。弹道导弹也不是一成不变的，也在不断
发展。
现在有人说，导弹速度高精度就低，弹道导弹打航母是不可能的。对于那些只相信美国

normal radar works. A normal radar set sends out a radio pulse and waits for
the reflection. Then it measures the doppler shift in the signal and uses the

造成事故的。这种心态就和看人家染了头发就觉得人家不是正经人一样，其实完全没必
要。
另外，有个radar detector对开车安全有好处的。举两点，一个是修路路段，radar 一
般都会警告，开车时就会小心。二是，开车大于一定时间，会有点小迷糊，但并不是疲
劳驾驶，也没有超速，radar冷不丁的来那么一下，绝对可以让你清醒大半个小时。 |
