consider double precision. You handle it as if doing the integer division to
get quotient and reminder. and the reminder divided by deviser can be done
using "/" operator. so assign quotient+(reminder/deviser) to a double, you

of double.

但是在这两个杂志上发文章的难度通常大于搞生物,化学,物理的在NSC上发文章的难度。说的夸张点，在一个“数学top20”之外的学校有一篇annals的话评tenure肯定不会有问题。
上面两个杂志原则上包括数学的各个分支，而Journal of symbolic logic作为一个专门领域的杂志，其IF值只有0.584也就不是那么匪夷所思的了。

两死囚命不同
1998年，弗吉尼亚州男子达瑞尔·罗纳德·阿特金斯，因为抢劫并谋杀了一名空军军官，被法院判处死刑。后来，心理医生对其进行智商测试发现，他的IQ只有59，属轻微弱智，联邦最高法院裁定不得处死阿特金斯。

所谓系统化，即指通过分析系统变量，来推导支配系统活动的基本规则的驱力，以
及利用规则构造系统的驱力。它是一种归纳过程（inductive process）。个体通过找
