要.

流，每年97%都是优秀员工，结果教出来40%不能高中毕业，啥东西都靠家长监管和义工

二，school hours远比8-3点长，有很多teacher development和preparation，很多老
师受不了都跳走了。cps最不合理的是制度很多时候老师被逼要让学生过，因为
administration看重数字，politics太重，他们受不了。 |

看看CPS
的师生比例， 的确很高， 但是没有1：30， 你自己吃了亏还给别人站台。。。 不评
论了。
我对教师工作量和工资不了解。 的确， 你自认为是制度内的人。 这样认为很正常，
看看公布的信息吧， 人家汇总过CPS老师自己的统计的工作量， 他们宣称自己一个礼
拜工作66hr，对你而言是不是很正常？
CPS平均工资是公布的， 你自己去看看吧， 不要看着自己3-4W的工资就以为其他老师
都一样。 “你身边都是CPS前老师”， 我也可以理解了， CPS前老师多的地方， 就是
大部分被CPS裁员下来的坏区老师还有新老师忍不了很低的起步价。 没有几个拿着10W
薪水工作九个月的老师会辞职的。 外面的私立要低不少， 福利也差， 和其他州相比
， CPS的老师工资太高了。 就和其他几个郊区top tier的公立比也是差不多了。 结果
毕业率呢 差一大截。 CPS 40%+ 没毕业是事实吧， 市区黑人人口减少更是事实吧。
用用脑子想想吧。 |

CPS一头是猪一样的民猪党政府， 自己这一头是得脑瘤的胖猪统治的CTU。 两头都是
低效无能的典型。 你想进去有多难啊， 又不是private firm employ at will。 何况
现在CTU内部矛盾是新老师和老老师的矛盾， 老老师是既得利益者， 拿着10W+的薪水
和grand father 的福利不做事， 新老师是起薪低 差的福利 和遥遥无期的pension 空
洞。
你就是后者都不如的， 结果非要跑过来给前者站台。 醒醒吧。 |
