己的工作，对于泄密事件一无所知（我当时根本不了解这个信息对A的股价会有多大的
影响），而且所有可能相关的材料都在P存着。我觉得SEC找错人了。可能这个想法是有
点傻。昨天和一位律师聊了聊，他也建议不做。
P内部还在开会，需要一定时间给我答复。可能这次涉及的人很多。P因财务状况不好年
初已经卖给另一家公司了，所以我对于他们的答复不乐观。
