这FREEDOM 的QUARTERLY BONUS 偶还真不懂是啥时候给, 有一张FREEDOM 去年Q4 的
BONUS POINTS 在1月份的STMT 上给了2000 MS 此卡的QUARTLY LIMIT 是$500/2000
POINTS (申卡时定的偶也记不得了) 但QUARTLY SIGNUP 时说是$1500/6000点 MAX, 偶
打电话去GGYY 一阵, IT 说算的没错但做为GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE 补了COURTESY ADJ
3700 多点, 二月份STMT 来了, BONUS POINT 又给了3700多数目是对了, COURTESY
ADJ 还在, MS 是偶赖了它的了. 真是一片混帐偶不懂, BONUS 难道不是QUARTER END
后第一个STMT 一下全给了吗? |

最好是类似corell那种牌子的轻薄质量好的，但是corell 的最大也只有1 quart, 小了
点。我量了量我现在吃面那个碗，大概是1.5 quart, 可惜是塑料的，而且被我咬裂了
，现在吃面都开始漏汤了。

全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒，把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。

发帖数: 7283 | 45 今天去Walmart看了一下，新出的Castrol Edge 1 quart要$7.47，已经比Mobil 1之类
的要贵很多了。但转眼立刻发现Royal Purple更加牛，竟仍然要$8.47 1 quart。
但问题是RP的包装、印刷看上去很山寨啊。回家后看它的官方网站，横竖都看不出有正
规大厂的气息，不公开任何数据，并且宣传的风格也有点“危言耸听”型。不过一些
forum上的讨论里也有赞扬它的用户；甚至有个ID还说自己在oil field工作过，Shell
，ExxonMobil，ConocoPhillips之类的石油公司的机器里面用的也是RP的机油，很天花
乱坠的样子（不知是真是假了）。总的来讲internet上对RP是毁誉参半。这里的大牛谁
来给点专业意见？碳纤维大仙？ |

还好，就看周五还再能翻倍不。
我从知道E2低后猛喝豆浆，一天喝COSTCO那种一QUART+半QUART。昨天又去做针灸了，
不知道有没有帮助。
