这个买家说是退役的美国警察，并主动email提供了他的ID/驾照信息和住址电话，要求
一定到家里来看车，不去公共场所，买后不立即开走，要办好牌照和保险才来开走，希
望我相信他。我
们电话聊过，听着正常的美国人，给上大学的女儿买，他现在是校车司机。
想想也是合理的要求，在dealer买车没有牌照保险是开不走车的。大家觉得正常吗？多
