2. putin是特工出身，开过飞机打过仗，有战功的。薄熙来是靠先打倒老爸，然后再靠老爸出身。这方面putin和邓小平比还差不多。论资历薄熙来差远了，给普京提鞋都不够格。
3. putin是法律框架内讨好民意，薄熙来是以黑社会方式讨好民意。这个区别也很大。
4. putin是比较中庸的路线，所以他才得到大多数俄罗斯人的欢迎。而薄熙来唱红是走极左路线，打黑是超越法律，比较左的路线，这个区别也很大。
薄熙来不是在共产党最长的太平盛世，但共产党已经经历了文革，他那种极左路线的坑已经被别人先占了，没有人支持了。类似文革的事情，50年前苏联就已经经历了，所以普京聪明，不走极左路线。
另外再加一条，普京是学法律的，是以法律治国的。薄熙来一是学新闻，打算靠忽悠治国，二是学历史，打算靠整人治国。连Obama都是律师出身。而且现在中国上台的都是理工科背景，走的是技术强国路线。跟这些大国领导人的需求比，薄熙来不符合能力要求。
