Microservice Architecture据说挺火,我找了一篇Martin Fowler写的文章(
Martinfowler.com/articles/microservices.html),看了觉得不错,大家终于想起来
这个方向了。
Lemina Computer是我自己搞的东西,目前算是告一段落,后续还有很多东西可以搞,
不少方向都在我脑子里,这里是我写的一篇介绍文章(Leminasoft.com/docs/lemina-
computer/)。
大家有时间的话,可以比较比较它们的异同。更重要的是,如果你觉得这个东西值得搞
下去,还请援一援手,当然不是要钱哈,是求关注、求加LinkedIn。因为我发现
LinkedIn的Pulse是一个比较适合推广技术的渠道,至少适合我的情况:我建了个车库
型Startup。我计划经常在LinkedIn Pulse发点介绍性的文章,需要大家点赞转发,写
评论就更好了。

的是pulse label然后跑胶显影得的结果);我们用western blots的话,发现实际上感
染了这个病毒株的细胞里的病毒蛋白远远要比其他的多。现在问题是,需不需要重新做
其他组做过的pulse label的试验。我的意见是,我们有逻辑的数据分析(qPCR数据证
明该病毒株感染后细胞内的病毒dna也比其他的要多很多),所以没必要做那个试验,
但是老板的意见是一定要做这个试验。我认为是浪费时间。因为有其他的问题更需要回
答。
有经验的看看,这种情况有没有可能?就是学术讨论以下。谢谢。 |

之内的
TOF 的pluse pusher不是问题的关键。
一个spectrum 是若干个pluse 累加的,完成一个spectrum过后需要的传输时间很长,
至少在2ms以上。 在传输data前,即使有离子进入detector 也不会被记录的。
甚至仪器在做MS/MS的时候,还有一个 “thinking time”,在50ms level per (MS1+
nMS2) cycle。这些都是造成离子不能被检测到时间。
Trap的accumulation 跟trap 可以在1-10ms完成,对于特别低浓度的可以trap 100ms以
上。 但是检测时间比较长,在50-100ms level,甚至更长。

那么降低scan speed或者说增加pulse的累积次数是因为数据传输速度不够,所以累积
起来,等到上一个scan的数据传输完了再送到电脑记录
但是电脑位数有限,不能累加太多超过上限
所以仍然存在一部分数据不能被记录的现象
看来还硅工摩尔定律搞了几十年还是不给力...
你提到有一个电压可以在pulse OFF时留住离子,最后离子损失不是>99%而是多少呢? |

频率,轰。。轰。。。轰的
生完孩子后在产房里护士测我的血糖,好像还是高。但是哺乳期间的还是吃的挺多的。
今年年初停止哺乳我去查了一次血糖。早上空腹92。医生说在正常范围,但还是很高,
因为最高限是99。而且我量血糖前的晚上因为有点事几乎没睡着,血糖消耗应该比正常
的多。如果我那天晚上睡觉睡的好,血糖应该是比没睡好觉高还是低呢?
有一阵好像轰轰响的毛病好了些,最近又遇到点事让我大怒,也可是能是因为气的躺床
上几天没动,吃了躺着,导致血糖又高了,现在头又开始轰轰响。
我还有失眠的毛病。
我以前总认为自己可能只能活到45岁,现在看来还真有可能,我自己倒无所谓,虽然活
的短,但也无怨无悔,可惜我那幼儿。。。。
我的家庭医生也不知到轰轰响是为啥。她说是pulse, 可是我以为pulse 没这么响的。
可能中医有更好的解释。 |

outline, there are a few pulse signal.
But don't know how to fit the envelope for it. Think the envelope function is
(sin(pi*w*sin(theta)/lambda)/(pi*w*sin(theta)/lamda))^2. But what the
mathematic relationship between the signal and the envelope? I can find the
mathtools like mathcad, matlab and mathematica. So if there is any code of
them, it will be more helpful.

个人情况,女,家在北京,国内名校ee master, 老公在美国读ee。
现拿到:
老公学校ee的offer,60左右的东海岸学校,signal processing方向。
北京一所研究院的offer,估计(工资6k/m+年终奖)=10w/y,单位不是特别辛苦,希望
我进去干一段时间然后在研究院读在职博士(里面博士比较多,读了博士才好往上发展
)。
劳工属于读不读phd都可,倾向于master工作,但是一定是要回国的,我要国内工作的
话,他马上就准备master回国找工作。
我要是过去读书,他觉得学校不是特别好(signal processing也不是很好找工作?)
,我还得再读4,5年,划不来。
btw,我去过美国看劳工,可能祖国这几年发展很快,不觉得比美国差:)。
4/15 要到了。。还没给学校答复呢,问问各位过来人,offer如何取舍。。。 |

input,通过计算这个PULSE的频率,来得出工作的速度。
现在看源程序,这个频率最快,可以达到1000HZ,就是1ms就要中断一次。
同时程序中还有18个task, 其中的9个,是10ms 调度一次。其他的大概5个50ms, 4个
100ms. 任务和底下的中断的优先级差不多,一个最高级,其他的任务分2个优先级,差
不多一半2,一半3.
同时程序中还有8个其他的中断,分别是AD和Timer中断。中断分3个优先级,一个1级,
最高,剩下大概4个2,4个3.
还有个看门狗中断, 最长52ms计时, 原设计是10ms 喂狗一次。
RTOS是基于优先级的抢占式的实时系统。
有没有高手帮着分析下,这样的时间安排,是不是不太好。
我是被这些中断,TASK, WDT,给弄得分析不出来这个时间关系会否冲突了。 |
