头中。我更感兴趣的是细菌的这个新表型。请问有没有什么办法去掉细菌里转进去的质
粒？这个质粒是基于pUC Ori的，是个高拷贝质粒。如果我在没有抗性的培养液中连续

来run这些units和retail branch，先看看成本再说。
另外你要搞清楚，utility要从supplier那里买电买fuel。如果一个公司快Chapter 11
了，是没有supplier愿意跟他做transaction的。在山火刚发生的时候，股票闪崩了一
回，当时很多的supplier立马freeze credit with PG&E, 所以才有后来的PUC出来喊话。
这个PG&E的case，根源在于Utility是一个regulated business. 加州的法律给utility
增加了很多的burden。看好这会是一次有意思的政治博弈。
另外，官司缠身的公司，价格低到一定程度，机会就出来了。看你自己怎么理解这个

1.I enrolled in their month-to-month plan on 4/15/11(rate 6 cent/kwh).They
only gave me that rate for for 6 days. Then raised the rate to 11.4 cent for
this plan(they will not show this in their website). I called them to
swicth to 12 month fixed plan(9.2 cent) in 5/10. My recent statement still
showed 11.4 cent per kwh.They said I have to use 11.4 cent for one cycle.

我看很多说bounce黑的估计没选fix的plan 所以价格波动也是难免了，fix那个价格是

度是没有base charge的，那么每次就是9c一度（这个包含了centerpoint的费用了）如
果低于1000，会平均价格会略高一点

所以用电很少，但用的多单价应该更低。
这是个叫summer energy的小公司，我以前提过一次，好像没人感兴趣，
弄得我心里还没底，以为有什么猫腻，但用了几个月一直是这个价，
希望过几个月能续上差不多的价钱。 |

毛，觉得里面的水太深了。
首先监管非常严密，有无数的报告要向FERC和PUC汇报，比SEC有过之而无不及。
其次风险也很大，各种derivatives在电力交易市场得到充分运用，稍微不会注意就会
赔钱。
第三，当然，收益也很大。
