发帖数: 309 | 13 细看这条rule, 感觉这段话是针对之前Senator Grassley的问询: 如果雇主撤销了140
或者雇主破产, DHS是否有权利保留I140 继续valid.
现在DHS说他们有权决定revocability of I140 petition, 意味着如果雇主撤销,但DHS
仍保留I140不去revoke它,该140仍然继续有效. 不知道在法理上此说法是否站得住脚.
但是看样子DHS应该做了一些功课去应对接下来的一些质疑.
