相信到第四个医生，很正常。
我自己看医生，看了十来年，若干专家医生，又回到了那个PCP，自己断定是过敏，那
个PCP还坚信我连续三个多月是“急性”感染，最终让抗生素外开了抗过敏喷剂，一停
喷剂就几个小时后症状还原，一喷就好，然后他才相信。相信的一个原因是他开的抗生
素用了两个多星期，啥感染也排除了。
小孩子尿频，几分钟一次，看了若干专科医生，就是排除基本器质问题，然后unknown
reasons。最后竟然一个registered nurse给找出原因来了，几分钟解决问题，培训了
很多内容。
小孩子鼻子堵睡觉不好，看了儿童医院的专科ENT医生，第一个女医生看了两次，排除
这个那个，然后unknown reasons，不给看了。然后找到了同一房间里面的另一个ENT老

这个行业的出发点是政府强制，有很多经费，和27年“宁可错杀三千，不可放过一个”
有类似。
各种专业人员纷纷盯上了这个钱。少数儿童“心理医生大”打头，一年半年做个评价收
费，然后医院和独立的机构开设这种therapy program赚钱。心理医生赚的小钱，似乎
是掮客的地位，也乐于给个帽子，让后继的therapy赚大钱。确实是个行业。
积极点看，瞎猫碰死耗子，总能碰上帮助少数几个真正的autism.瞎猫比没有猫强点。
消极点看，明明是活耗子，只是不perfect，有时懒得动的小耗子，被心理医生那么短
短的两个小时观察到了，然后错杀三千，就被划归为死耗子，转给后继的therapy
program去了。而且therapy的好的真的巨少。
这个行当有很多坑：
＊ ASD的typical和外围症状有太多的种类，要找的话，除了那种天性外向脾气好的小
孩子，其他小孩子基本上都能或多或少找出来。
＊ 宣传的铺天盖地，父母很容带上放大镜去找，然后评估师根据高标准，1sigma边缘
