工：“从一线到机关都还沉浸在2010年的丰收喜悦中（收入增长24.2%，利润增长12.8%
）……但一季

与此同时，华为发出有可能面临“全员降薪”的预警：将PSST系统今年半年订货增长目
标设定为10%，
全年目标增长13%，全年收入增长10%，“如果上半年达不到预定目标，二级以上的主管

分数降薪；三季度仍达不到目标，降薪扩大到三级以上主管；年底达不到目标的，在本
