考，所谓provoking thought。
就以本帖而言，中国的确存在他所描述的现象，比如说，聪明人不守规矩。而西方呢，
聪明人是制定规矩。到底哪一点更好呢？这是可以展开很多讨论的。
从文化维度说，中国属于uncertainty avoidance比较低的类型，也就是说，中国这样
一个社会，比较容忍不确定性。举一个例子，中国公交车是很少有按时准点发车的。而
英国加拿大这些uncertainty avoidance比较高的国家，就倾向于通过制定明确的规则
，来减少不确定性。所以英国的公交车站，比如伦敦，是可以随时查到下一班车的抵达
时间，也可以查到车次表。而加拿大一些城市，是可以随时查到任何一个车站下一班车
抵达的时间的。
在楼主看来，中国人喜欢打破规则是很聪明的表现，是创新。但是问题就在于，这样一
些创新有没有能够进一步系统化，也就是codification，categorization，变成笨蛋也
可以学习的知识。
在我看来，中国的聪明人不太愿意花功夫去将自己的聪明变成系统化的知识，影响和阻
