You obviously need to learn what "innocent until proven guilty" means.
Whether a person is guilty or not does not depend on whether that person can
find evidence that conclusively prove his innocence. It's the job of the
accuser to conclusively prove that there are no other alternatives
explanations.
You can't just bring up one possibility and say that proves the person's
guilt. |
