Michigan的upper peninisula以及ontario半岛。亲眼目睹了北密41公路上那梦幻般的

第一天，维多利亚市区。
第二天上午，Hatley Castle，Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National
Historic Site。下午Duncan和Chemainus，到Nanaimo乘轮渡会温哥华会经过这两个小
镇，顺路。去Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park要稍微开过头点。
如果去Cowichan River Provincial Park漂流，得专门安排一天。
如果去Tofino，至少需要两天时间，从Nanaimo开过去还要几小时。
去Gulf Islands，每个岛一天，等轮渡也要点时间。我是在岛上camping了一晚。 |

。也就是说ALBERTA 已经同意我成为阿省居民。下一步就是等加拿大国家移民局通过了
。按照小册子上面的LINK 去看了网页是

但是看了还是一头雾水，有以下疑问。欢迎解疑，凡是逐一回答的都有双黄包封送。
1.以前已经把材料寄送给CIC 了，为什么还要寄？
2.作为省提名的移民要具体交那些材料？信上说只要交有注册P（PROVINCIAL NOMINEE
）的，但是网页上没有标明P啊？具体要交哪些材料啊？
3.阿省的信说要寄给BUFFALO NY的VISA ＯＦＦＩＣＥ．但是网上说要寄送到NOVA
SCOTIA.到底哪个对啊？
4.VO搞BACKGROUND CHECK 要逐一给以前雇主打电话吗？如果两个雇主之间有短暂的GAP
会有问题吗？
5.六个月前刚刚从当地公安局拿到的POLICE CERTIFICATE.要从新再搞一次吗？

准备工作：
签证和身份问题：有美国签证签加拿大非常简单，也不需要面签，可以把材料寄过去签
。我在美国还是学生签证，已毕业，在实习，OPT F1，美国签证过期，有合法I-20，很
顺利拿到加拿大签证。注意：有合法I-20表格的人，即使美国签证过期，去加拿大，墨
西哥，加勒比地区30天以内，不需要美国签证依然可以回美国（注意：要享受这种政策
上等于没有离开过美国的待遇，要保存原始I-94表，出关的时候不要被收走）。在实习
的同学需要准备工卡和工作证明信。OPT期间可以大胆放心旅行。我回来从5号高速公路
入美国境，非常顺利，没有问我要OPT的工作证明信，只问我在哪儿工作就过了。工卡
也不看。整个过程不到一分钟。没有换I-94。等于说我们并没有离开过美国。

从福建医学院83年毕业的SD Yan去了美国（哥大？），做了postdoc，
然后在哥大的大老板手下做了小老板，
找了同是福建医学院89年毕业的Fu J做了她的tech./postdoc.
SD Yan的确做得不错，Fu J干活应该也不错，但哥大的博士学位应该是没有的。
连SD Yan都只是说自己是哥大postdoc，Fu J就敢说自己是哥大博士。
区别就在一个在美国，一个在中国。
另外一点就是SD Yan应该在福建科研界有些影响，所以Fu J的问题也可能会不了了之。
