思维的余地，只要检察官proved his case，绝大多数情况下，陪审员都会
判guilty。如果某个陪审员在检察官已经proven his case的情况下，非
不判guilty，那么会受到法官，检察官和其他陪审员巨大的质疑，甚至会被
找借口有bias，立即换掉。
只有在所有人都觉得检察官完全没有proven his case的情况下，陪审员才会

文中说Kavanaugh 自称 ford's allegation 被refuted by the witness, 而实际却是
那些人只是说不记得----因此k法官撒谎。但是我认为，真正的事实是， 在法理上来说
，如果所有的指控都没有被支持，这就等于是被refute，因为结果就是没有证据证明
kavanaugh有罪--you are innocent until proven guilty. ford allegation不成立，
