final result (Theorem) and a corollary is a simple consequence of a theorem
. Unfortunately, proposition has been abused by many. In my own
understanding, when a proposition is proved, it becomes a theorem. So, a
proposition is nothing but a claim to be proved.

（19号）就说approved了，而且英语考试也免了。前后就两天时间。
现在我的照片和高中毕业证还没有收到。我是priority寄过去的，两周前tracking现实
已经收到了，但是网上还是说没有收到。打电话去说要10-12个工作日去process。
我的问题是，收到高中毕业证后，大概需要多长的时间才能prove呢？？（我不需要
license number，现在就差那个了)
公司让我3月5日要把材料都弄好。我现在纠结不知道需要不需要加急，就是加急也得网
上现实了收到材料了才能加急吧！
大家能告诉我这个高中毕业证需要多久prove呢？？会不会像我美国的研究生成绩单
prove得这么快？（两天！）！所有都prove了后，还需要多少天才prove certificate
呢？？

发帖数: 52 | 41 为了答谢April妹妹，我把我的PL传在这里了。也为我的485申请攒人品。其实我的PL是
完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的
做模版。同时给几个人发要推荐信，我的两个老板的，是我自己写好，他们签名的，两
个独立推荐人是他们自己写的。这里也感谢他们很快的回复，现在一看，我3月24号完
成的PL,4月6号就submit了，非常感谢他们！
先说明一下我的背景

long citations of your work, e.g. the review papers. Using your journal rank
to prove how good your work is. The cooperation institution can prove how
widespread your work is. Using the conference (rank, how many people/country
attend) to prove the influence.
Add more letters if you could, esp those who don't have any relation with
you, state they don't know you but your work is impressive. Using "

发帖数: 1553 | 47 最近看到版上有好多同学在问如果485 pending期间回国，换工作，换领域，会不会被
RFE要求提供EVL。而现在即便是EB1A 485 pending的时间也大幅增加因此RFE的时候要
求有一份EVL的可能也大大增加。正好之前我有一点类似的经验，以前也写过个帖子详
述，不过大概也难找到了。这里再给大家说说我的经验：
1， 485 pending期间有工作上的变化，只要不是你主动去招惹USCIS说我换了，一般不
会以此为由让你提供EVL。如果被RFE了有要求提供，很多时候是因为时间太长，USCIS
想确认你是不是还在本领域工作。
2，如果是EB1A，理论上讲你不需要一个永久位置来保证你的绿卡，但是你需要证明你
随时有意愿有能力在相同领域工作或迅速找到工作。所以EB1A在485期间换工作，失业
都不是什么大不了的事情。
3，既然如此，为啥USCIS还要EVL？是为了证明第一，你还继续在本领域工作，第二，
你不会成为public charge。只要你能证明这两点，无论你做了什么，USCIS都没法为难
你。

如果我的RFE就是这么简单的话那我也就没有必要写这么多了，让我郁闷的是RFE的要求
里边还有另外两条，1，要提供当前EVL和最近的pay stub；2，要提供证据说明我以后
还会在140申请所陈述的领域里工作。当我第一眼看到这个的时候觉得非常的郁闷，因
为我都已经在中国开始工作了，很显然是没法提供第一条要求的证据啊！那几天里我的
脑子里流过了各种想法，最极端的包括放弃现在的工作再回美国和干脆就放弃绿卡。可
是想来想去我都觉得这其中的任何一个我都不想放弃。最后我选择了这么个办法：
我在我所在的州注册了一个公司，公司主营咨询，业务范围和我在140申请里完全一致
，然后给USCIS提交了如下证据
1，我原来单位的EVL，证明我在申请485的时候是毫无疑问有工作的
2，我原来单位的最后一次pay stub，证明我一直都不是public charge
3，我开新公司的所有文件，证明我有意愿继续在相同领域工作
4，我当前的银行存款证明， 证明我现在也不是public charge
