ideas are cheap. Everyone could propse to land on the moon, but how many of
them could actual accomplish it?

到学位了。于是我就把这封信给了公司的律师，律师用加急处理的方式帮我申请了
。我现在的情况是收到recipt，也同时收到USCIS的RFE，就是要求补充材料。我su
ppose在12周之内提供正式的毕业证书就可以了。
还没有答辩的同志们试试吧，虽然不能百分之百的sure可以work，但是总比坐以待

据我所知，美国一线大公司的HR performance是不和价钱挂钩的，只和招的人数（可能
还有级别）挂钩。
压价的是Compensation team(CT)。HR和内部的CT之间相爱相杀，就跟Dev跟QA关系差不
多。HR愿意给你Propse高待遇，但CT会死命往下压，HR nb的话就能干翻CT，帮你拿到
大包裹，然后你就有更大概率接他offer，他就有更大几率拿奖金。HR搓逼的话就被CT
干翻，你拿不到大包去了别家，他也没钱。 |

面试全是通过电话变声面试，分不出男女，分不出肤色，分不出种族，只看面试成绩，
你是否赞成这种面试制度？
我双手赞成。
那个TimeValue，你赞成不赞成？
或者更婉转的问：
你是否认为这个面试制度和现行的增加diversity的面试制度矛盾？
如果矛盾，那说明现行的增加diversity的面试制度就是在照顾女性。（因为diversity
目标是增加女性比例，所以不可能是照顾男性）
如果不矛盾，那说明我propse的这个面试制度也符合增加diversity的目标，咱们以后
这么面试就行了。女性朋友们都没意见，大老爷们还能有意见？

Will close a house soon, out of option out of financing addendum contingency
already. Seller said they'll move on closing day, we can walk through at

around Manhattan. Then his friends helped him put a big sign (really big) of

There is a action committee for trainsit group propsing to use that $4
millions to extend red line, all day two way MARC service between D.C. with

他这个对象当然很重要，就结构生物学来说是个很大的breakthrough，可是分辨率低，
实在没什么内容，正文里就三幅图，连mechanism model都没法propse，你让reviiewer
提什么意见？电镜解结构的过程吗？编辑挣扎的不是接不接受，这个的重要性肯定接受
没问题，就是这么短的内容要不要发article，话说你知道nature article的格式要求
吗？
另外，glur5的结构也被你拿来说，你知道glur1的结构已经发了吗？你知道glur1和
glur5是非常同源功能类似的recetor吗？glur1结构半年前发了science article，
glur5非常类似的结构，而且还只是蛋白的一半的部分，都可以继续发nature article
，还配了6幅图propose一堆ligand作用的mechanism，这样都被你鄙视，真是无知者无
