提醒一下， 這場戰役已經結束，反同婚陣營已經徹底潰敗，婚姻平權陣營已經全面勝

that you can water while they are doing the exam. So I had the time to write
down some random thoughts.
This post reminds me to think what makes a great consultant. I had the exactly
same feeling when I was a junior consultant a few years ago. I listened to
what seniors said and figured that I could say it as well and even better.
It turns out things are not as simple. I have learned two critical lessons.

on the SOA manual for proctors, it says that it's recommended not to use
laptops or cell phones as to minimize the noise.
But I was only using very minimal keyboard (only mouse), so there really
wasn't noise from the laptop. :-) |

做marketing。起薪是20几万，然后是30几，现在promote到经理级，好像是50几万了
。他的工龄肯定不超过10年的，（跟我差不多年纪）但已经自己买了房子，3室的。。

“Ohio不接受外州人去考。” 跟这个proctoring是两码事。
我的理解protoring是容许你在OH报名而在另外一个州考试，你飞到OH去考是没有问题
的。

require degree evaluation if one has a US master degree.
In the exam that you took, did it refer to the IBC code a lot? I am afraid I
am not fimilar to this code.

二、原学位证书每人只有一个，丢失不补。"
安全起见，本人不想冒这个险。
ORIGINAL 学位证书 and 毕业证书 are a MUST for such stupid evaluation.
you better send them or forget about such eval.
"想参加FE，Board需要来自CPEES的大学教育评估报告。"
you can always apply for other state boards which do not require eval at all
. then simply request for out-of-state proctor in order to sit for exam in
you home state.
"后来我问CPEES能否接受系里的章，他们拒绝回答。"
this should work, at least for more stupid ECEI.. |

CPEES可能是唯一一家官方指定机构（据我目前了解），有点垄断的意味。而且CPEES和
NCEES似乎有些联系，更让我对他们的工作表示质疑。刚开始觉得申请费很高，$375,后
来发现，他们所要的三种材料，我很难提供。
Transcripts Request Form,
Course Description,
Original Degree Verification.
以给清华大学官方机构打过电话，确认校方不会以清华大学的名义填写任何表格，更不
会提供官方的中英文课程描述。CPEES里有个“会讲中文”的人，告诉我系里的公章也

You need to go to their website, follow the instruction, set up the time and
location as your convenience. You will need a proctor if there is no agency
around where you live.
Oral test is just a 30-minute phone interview, there is nothing you need or
you could to prepare for this interview. It is not up to you, it all up the
person who calls you.
Writing test, don't worry too much about it. It is not as hard as you think
will be. If you are a native speaker of Chinese, you will be fine.

PE test. OH was once the most lenient state board for foreign test takers.
Now they changed their policy by requiring OH residency, simply because so
many foreigners harass them for out-of-state proctor. haha. |

一些真实的发生在EXAMINEE 身上的故事，非常有意义。前面daisyy已经总结的那么好
了，我可总结不了那么好，就说说JANE对我最有帮助的地方吧。
我现在在备考CS，自己的感觉就是CS真是不容易。虽然REPORT 就是PASS OR FAIL，不
用考高分。但是要达到PASS的水平，确实是要经过卓绝的努力。比如，CIS，23个大方
面，每个里面又各有3－8个小方面，加到一起就是200个以上具体的问题需要考虑，而
你要达到不需要思索，自然而然的行动，就需要非常刻苦的练习。最简单的DRAPE，其
实在考试时间比较紧张的情况下，也容易忘掉。
听了JANE两个小时的讲解和半个多小时的答疑，对我的帮助十分巨大，知道了要想过，
得学习到什么程度。尤其是JANE自己的情绪被PROCTOR影响了以后，仍然以自己扎实的
功底顺利的通过考试，说明了细致准备的必要性和重要性。最最佩服JANE的history
taking，对每个系统的总结非常细致，非常熟练，感觉自己还有很长的路要走。
