(b) Practice Problems for the Civil Engineering PE Exam: A Companion to the

2. 草稿纸和铅笔是自己带还是考场提供？

Blank paper and pencel will be provided, not allow you to bring in.
I just wondering how you pass the exam qualification to sit in IL exam room.
Did u pass the bachelor degree evaluation by ECEI or NCEES? And did you
provide toefl and TSE score? And 8 year working experience?

I registered in TX, but I am proctoring to take the exam in IL. TX does not
require degree evaluation if one has a US master degree.
In the exam that you took, did it refer to the IBC code a lot? I am afraid I
am not fimilar to this code.
Any timber, bridge, seismic questions?

发帖数: 1940 | 4 I took transportation session at afternoon. Not so much structural problem I
have. The only book help me a lot is the CERM. And some book for
transportation and traffic. I believe u will take structural at afternoon,
or you take Structural PE exam.

So as to your experience, is the CERM enough for the morning questions?
How do you compare the real exam questions to those in Practice Problems for
the Civil Engineering PE Exam (CEPP10) by Lindeburg? Are they in the same
hard level, or one is harder than the other one? |

can bring any books/notes with you if it was binded.
How long did TX board response your application? Can you please give me some
information?
I sent my package to them in Aug. 30 but did not get any feedback till now.
I want to take the April Exam in 2008.

发帖数: 1940 | 7 CERM is enough for morning session, at least for me. The practice problem in
the book is harder than real one. Real one normally use one equation to get
a answer, but the PP will take more equations and steps. Real one seldom
has serious questions as PP does. If you don't have enough time to do the PP
, just read through the solutions to have idea how to solve it.

they will inform you. If you are worried then call them to verify your
packge has reached them.
