her visa last Nov. But interestingly, the visa officer asked my brother "are
you sure you don't want to go US?". My brother replied firmly NO, I am too

more maintenance. You probably need to pay quite a lot for HOA fee.
2. When you want to unload an old TH, you may find it difficult to find
a buyer, because it is an even older home. For SFH, you at least have
land value, and can do all kinds of redevelopment or remodel at your
will. With TH, you are probably out of luck.
3. It is not very pleasant to deal with HOA. Heard from a friend,

quite a few things. basically the two O2 sensors are giving very similar
readings which triggers an catalytic converter error. It could be one of the
O2 sensors went bad, leaking exhaust manifold, leaking exhaust pipe, bad
catalytic converter .....
Check for leaks first, then if you do not get bad egg smell, it might be the
O2 sensors, or if you do get bad smell, then could be the catalytic
converter.

There are just too many Chinese high school students that want to go to
college. And there are not enough spaces to fit them all. So there has to be
a selection process. And because there are so many people, one-by-one
selection process is just practical. And since there a no computers to
record their GPA, the college entry exam is the only way. So generations of
"test-takers" arose. They can do nothing but take tests.
