就不太好说了，有的话也不是立竿见影的那种。
多数便秘还是能够通过饮食来调整的。还是看医生怎么说吧。 |

抬起来，然后要趴到我身上呆着，后来发现抱着他就安静下来，不过腿会使劲蹬几下，
同时身子后仰，像伸懒腰那样，甚至咂奶的时候躺着也使劲蹬腿，肚子不舒服？或需要
拉臭臭？有胀气？
他消化一直都不太好，臭臭老看到白颗粒，颜色也是绿色臭臭了很久，偶尔还很臭很臭
。前天不知是不是把一顿母乳换成奶粉的缘故，臭臭成了墨绿色，转天换回来又跟以前
一样了。现在基本一顿奶粉一顿母乳的样子。是不是吃probiotics能有些帮助?local的
药房有culturelle牌子的，但是室温保存，还有一个牌子，记不清名字了。但里面含
soy,milk，我家娃还有些过敏。有人说要买冰箱保存的。有说买Udo's choice的，我们
这里又买不到。
有人分享下经验吗？ |

我用了用感觉效果不错。以前若若大概一两周会有一次软便（不是全部软便，就是最
后拉出来的那一
点有些软，有时会粘到pp上），我当时试过南瓜粥，效果也不错，不过一段时间不喂的
话又偶尔会出现
软便。而且煮南瓜比较麻烦，每次煮一个最小的南瓜也要浪费很多，而且也保存不了多
久，一般放冰箱
两个星期她就不吃了，又得煮新的。后来看水木上面好多版友都喂点妈咪爱乳酶生什么
的，于是我就开
始找美国这边类似的东西，发现这个FortiFlora好像差不多。上周一我买了一盒有30袋
，只喂了一
袋，若若到现在bb都很正常，不软不硬，而且同时她的胃口突然变很好。。。变得更能
吃了。。。
不知道大家有没有用过这个的，这个FortiFlora是不是和乳酶生什么一样的？应该米有
什么副作用吧

Received the bottle today and it listed Maltodextrin and Silicon Dioxide as
ingredients. I dun understand why they have to put these fillers, anti-
caking stuff in something supposed to be simple and good.
It is partly my fault, not doing enough researching. Be aware that Amazon
often does not list the full ingredients of a product. |

是所有医生都查不出病，说是anxiety,pressure,也让我看心理医生，拖了将近一年，
我也觉得快死掉了。终于一次大爆发，开始严重腹泻，达到怎么吃进去，怎么出来，喝
水也泻，肚子疼得动都动不了，急诊室也进了，专护病房也住上了（我想他们给我特护
是为了隔离，怀疑我有什么离奇的感染），肠道窥镜也作了，c-scan，也作了，血样也
寄给全国传染病小组了，但是什么问题都查不出来，点滴24小时打着，可是还是腹泻。
最后是一个专家，我忘了那个词叫什么了，是一种infection specialist或者
bacteria virus specialist。他当场叫停了抗生素，说我是肠道菌群紊乱，让我吃一
种probiotic, 吃了一天，止泻，吃了三天，就好了。当然我还要继续吃完。
我后来对菌群和probiotics比较关注，了解了不少知识。现在一直在吃。我发现普
通医生对这方面的知识及其缺乏，还是要自己多了解些各个方面的知识，比盲目信任，
遵从医生好，对自己的身体更负责。

，试好多种
才能找到合适的。有一种vet开的，挺贵的，据说比较好用。
我家狗试了很多种，到现在还没找到合适的。一种评价特别好的，我家的吃了就一上午
poop 4次；要么
就吃了浑身搔痒。
另外probiotics不是止泻药，起作用不是马上的，得等几天看效果。
还有据说粉状的基本过不了胃酸那一关，要胶囊的才好使。

但是至少5倍
的量，还有10 strains active probiotics，我估计这个也有作用。用的菌种不一样出
来口味会
稍有差别。你要经常做还是买菌种划算，直接把菌种倒进牛奶，搅搅，别的都一样。我
看有人把人吃的
probiotics 掰开一个胶囊，倒进牛奶，一晚上就做成酸奶了。这人倒不是为了做酸奶
，是为了让
probiotic multiply。 或者每次留一部分自制酸奶作种子，更省钱。你把它想成发面
一样，不难
