发帖数: 16 | 1 介绍怎么买车的人很多，没什么人说卖车，其实卖车也很重要，很费神的。我来摆摆卖车的经历，希望能给大家有点参考。
先交代我的车，2002 lexus rx300,现在109K.最后的成交价位于KBB privite good 和 fair 之间。从发第一条广告到最后成交，正好10天。
开始做广告是在craigslist, 当天就有人发邮件说要来看车，问能不能便宜。我看
他太急，离我又有50里路，就问他有什么期望，他说就问能不能讲价，能就马上来看车
，我一琢磨，这么急，连基本信息都不问，八成是骗子，所以就说firm,他就不说话了。
后来我开始在Autotrader做收费的广告，就是最基本的，3张照片3个星期的。
Craigslist那边，我也没闲着，对广告不断做些修改，换更好的照片，highlight些
我车的亮点，比如大保养都做过啦，特别干净啦等等，每隔2天就刷新一下，排到前面
去。为了让别人搜RX300或RX 300都能搜到我，我在题目上又写了RX 300,又写了RX300.

0.1、首先确保你的电脑是干净的，不要有任何病毒、木马、绿坝、QQ、360安全卫士…
…等等疑似可能会监控你的电脑从而泄露安全信息的软件。对多数非专业用户而言，做
到这一点可能比下面所有的加起来都难。但电脑安全方面的知识不是本文的主要话题。

Linbaugh this year. Now NPR must realize they were against the will of the
people and they must correct it. Any good man with common sense would not

带回国的，现在国内都很认的那个著名的coach包啊。不知道为什么，就是很多人喜欢
的样子。
还有就是给小孩子们带的，比如迪士尼专卖店，nike的衣服，鞋子不推荐，因为鞋型版
型不一定合适。
我还很喜欢带一些绿色有机花草茶，比如yogi tea，traditional herbs之类的牌子。
另外推荐traditional的for kids的草药茶。专门治疗小孩子喉咙疼，感冒，睡不着，
肚子疼之类的。
还有Topricin Junior cream，专门给孩子用的跌打，疼痛药膏。
canus goat milk soap,这个山羊奶皂是皮肤过敏的人的福音。各种香型或者无香的。
目前vitacost.com价钱最好。但我也曾经有过在亚马逊上面疯狂席卷订购十二包每包六

那时侯刚来一个月，准备sublease房子，就收到如此email。我还来回很多email。还把
email转给在美国近10年的中国人。人家说没有问题。
后来，接到同样的email，内容和性质如出一辙，都是什么人在其它国家，要来这儿一
个org工作。然后要我的address，zip code， name 什么的。那时侯就知道肯定有诈。
但是我现在还不知道，那些人要我的info干吗。我没有给她们我的地址，因为我觉得这

但是今天做inspection的时候发现屋顶有严重问题：
1.有一面的屋顶一部分瓦片比另一部分要突出很多，眼睛看都能看得很明显
2.屋脊上有一些瓦片翘起
inspector说如果有顺这些方向的风和雨的话屋顶就很容易漏水，瓦片容易被掀翻起来。
今天做的是privite inspection，
要把这些报告给builder看，
然后让他们把这些部分给修理好。
因为这个屋顶涉及的工程比较大，
inspector说他也不确定builder会不会做。
如果不做的话我们该怎么跟builder 去agure？
我们还没有进行第一次的walk through.
如果在最后一次walk through 还是存在这个问题的话，
最后如果不满意的话是不是就可以walk away？
押金交了，贷款都锁好利率了，保险也弄好了，
一切就等close了，
没想到查出这个大问题。 |

Hayek, Popper, 还有一位稍年长的Mises的观点、影响；接下来本书大部分时间讨论

internet, and hence no DNS accessible, and I do not want one on the
machine just for sendmail.
Also, my computer domain name is not registered to any DNS (there is
