privileges指的是权力。如我们每个人都有钓鱼的权力，但是要买钓鱼证后才有资格钓
鱼。那家伙被剥夺的是钓鱼的权力，就不用说能否在free-fihing day钓鱼了。外州不
知道，估计也是不行了。

后两个人各罚$1000，太狠了。 |

发帖数: 2803 | 15 晕，在fishing guide上看到有些river是要用无倒刺钩的，有的是只能用一个hook的
lure，那时候还想谁还会去查你的钩子啊，没想还真有被抓的，看来真是要注意了。
我在CT这边钓了几年鱼是从来没碰上过鱼警，看别的论坛有个老头说已经买了22年的鱼
证了，基本每周都去钓1.2次的人，也是从来没碰上过鱼警。
但是这2年州里财政紧张了，淡水鱼证都涨价了，海钓也要证了，而且查证查的也严多
了，估计都是为了增加收入吧。看有人反映说早晨6点多去钓鱼都碰上了查证的，另外
一个在一个spot钓鱼，一周连续3天在一个地方碰上鱼警。而且现在spring run还没开
始，就已经有鱼警在海边溜达了。:-)
大家钓鱼都小心点吧，一定要搞清游戏规则，不要违法啊。而且证一定要随身带，CT这
边的今年新规定，有证没带罚的钱和没有证都是一样的。 |

过侥幸心理。
在湖心船钓，说不定1公里远的地方，就有一支高倍望远镜（说不定还带摄像装置）在
仔细观察你的一举一动。 |
