最近一次去court trail，这个月13号，特意留神过，法官会先说如果你选择认罪或者
不申辩，并且18个月内没有上过交通学校，你就会有权选择上交通学校去抵消分数。他
不会明说如果你选择申诉无罪并且败诉的话，就会取消你交通学校的机会。因为我这次

5月7号报道，前两天公司的lawyer还在找我要材料要申请H1.昨天又帮我搞定

OB办公室向我的保险申报了prenatal care，保险公司同意之后指定医院A作为delivery
facility，因为OB在那里有privilege。可是，上次检查的时候，跟OB见面的时候说到
医院，她告诉我说，到时候会在医院B生产，并告诉我可以联系医院代表去参观。
后来我自己打电话给保险公司，得知医院B是out of network。于是今天检查的时候跟

我们今天去驾照部门（Driver License Division)，本来想让老婆考笔试拿Driving
Privilege Card，本来很简单的事情，没想到竟然被里面的官员无辜刁难。他们的行为
有种族歧视之嫌。现在我们正向他们的上级投诉，如果没有结果打算起诉他们包括整个
DLD对我们涉嫌种族歧视。
事情大致过程如下：
我老婆有国内有效驾照，但是她没有SSN。我们去之前曾直接打电话到DLD，也咨询过刚
刚办过的朋友，也查看了DLD的官方网站，特别是官方网站上很清楚的说明了像这样的
情况如果要办理Driving Privilege Card需要如下文件：1.有效的外国驾照；2.护照或
者签证；3.两份目前居住证明。
我们去的时候带齐了所有这些要求的文件，另外驾照还带了公证，这个公证是在国内做
的。结果到DLD准备给老婆考试的时候，里面的官员很草率的看了一下我们所有的文件

从我做起, 从现在做起! 我们还来得及反对SCA5. 目前, 加州众议院的80席中, 有55席
民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.
Step 1: 下面网站里选Act Now有两个请愿投票, 有时间先去投票, 这样才能壮大声势.
这两个网站都需要注册, 但是Change.org和Whitehouse.gov是最常见的请愿网站, 将
来一定该还有用到的机会, 花点时间注册并不吃亏.

自然界的进化到了人类这个阶段，竞争已经从物种间的竞争转移到了物种内的竞争。
人类社会就是一个人吃人的社会。版上很多人觉得要公平，是因为他们没有
privilege。一旦让他们享受到了privilege，他们中的绝大多数都会转过来保护自己的
特权。人天生就是不公平的，有人生在中国有人生在美国，有人生在穷人家庭有人生在
富人家庭。甚至有的天生就缺胳膊断腿的。还有人虽然外表看不出来，但是脑子又没别
人好使。
生在中国的，生在穷人家庭的，脑子不好使的，势必要付出更多的努力才能达到相同的
成就。上到国家下至个人，都是为了自己的利益在斗争。生在恐怖主义国家，隔三差五
要被美国人虐一番，跟谁去说公平去？我等老中靠读书读得好来了美国，也是因为美国
看中了我等能给美国做贡献，千万别以为就到了公平社会了，公平就理所当然了。
斗争决不能停，但不是为了公平，而是为了自己和自己后代，以致自己种族的利益最大
化，然后才是全人类利益的最大化。
不但要自己斗争，而且要联合利益一致的人一块儿斗争。
人人maximize自己的利益，整个社会才得以进步。 |
