加拿大是全民公费医疗，只有大病才住院。需要住院的话处理得都很快，各个单位都会
尽量开绿灯，有没有primary care provider都无所谓。 |

automatically create a clustered index for you.
anyway, indexing is different thing with your PK...

这次被老板指派了一个project需要primary neuron cells。这可从来没做过，试了几
次，可每次harvest neuron cells用trypsin或是scraping的话要不然下不来，要不然
百分之六七十的细胞已经挂了。。。

传统说法是Pax7+ satellite cell变成myogenic cells, proliferate.. primary
myogenesis
then secondary myogenesis, myoblast cluster and form the myotubes.
体外养satellite cells的方式好像很局限。我还没看到好的protocl能体外扩增
satellite cell without losing the undifferentiate status.
