本楼拉面 $8.5 - average, nothing fancy and it is pricier than the ones in
the city.
箩卜干炒辣肉 $12.95 - I think it is better than 湘味轩.not as greasy.
湘水沸腾鱼 $14.99 (regularly priced $19.99) - Average, they did use fresh
fish, but the cooking is similar to home cooking flavor, not as tasty.

SOMA and North Beach in SF are usually pricier than others.
My friend is paying about $1500/mo for his one-bed apartment in North Beach
w/o a parking.
Another friend of mine in SOMA is renting out her room for $1500/mo w/o a
parking.
Also, there are some areas you want to avoid (e.g.tenderloin).
Anyway, the 1-bed apartment in SF costs 1K-3K/month, depending where you
stay.

purchasing. they tend to be pricier on the same item because their cost to
maintain such a big store is probably a lot higher than other small dealers.
LS is a good place to learn more about high end furnitures. I am interested

30 min metro to Fogybottom, where u need to take another 10 walk to George
Town. Another choice would be Court house, where is very close to DC, but
also pricier. There is a school bus going along Lee highway that pass Cour

income tax rate is also lower than that of MD.
The downside of VA is that your cars are taxed at 1.5% annually for value <=
$20k, and 4.5% for value >$20k.
