本楼拉面 $8.5 - average, nothing fancy and it is pricier than the ones in
the city.
箩卜干炒辣肉 $12.95 - I think it is better than 湘味轩.not as greasy.
湘水沸腾鱼 $14.99 (regularly priced $19.99) - Average, they did use fresh
fish, but the cooking is similar to home cooking flavor, not as tasty.

our fav place in Jersey is 天府 in Florham Park. 成都1 is closer to where we
live, but it has been getting more salty..
湘味轩 was pretty decent when it first opened, but now we feel it is just
average. 刘一手 is the same, was very at the beginning, still good, but
gradually we feel the quality is going down. always up to try new places (
even if it is 30+ miles away). :) |
