拿的是reduction in income （subject to tax).
一般情况下对大多数人来说，拿pretax dedution比拿tax credit更有利。 所以如果符

traditional IRA, Roth IRA就这2个呀是养老的，可以个人买的。
401k/403都是buy thru employer。
SSN是政府给钱养老。
traditional IRA是用现在pretax money每年付5000， 65以后拿出来的时候付tax.
roth ira是用现在的after-tax money付5000， 65以后拿出来不用付tax。
其他就是investment了， 各种mutual fund什么。
你可以随便找个银行或financial service agency的financial adviser来问一下就清
楚了。 |

The package 35W doesn't include bonus at the end of the year and the benefit
