i.e.，刑事诉讼处理原则。就好像碰到一个外星人，处理过程中假设它是具有敌意的，
presumed hostility，所以必须做好一切安全防范。但这不是判决，他是不是真的具有
敌意，proven hostility，必须经过一个求证的过程，一个本着 presumed innocence
的原则的处理过程。
