你开枪的直接目的是为了击毙对方，所以没有啥必须得一枪毙命。 关键是你为啥要击
毙对方。 如果你的律师证明了你自己或有人的生命受到威胁了，你使用致命力量停止
犯罪，或是至少你的律师证明了你自己真的在当时认为自己或有人的生命受到威胁了。
