Wall Street steadily lowered its expectations for the market as 2015
unfolded.

I am making some predictions here, let's see how wrong I am in 2 years:
1) I personally think the recession/financial crisis will very likely to
come between Mar 2019 - Sept 2019. Even if stock market crashes, the lowest
point should not be too much lower from the highest point of 2007
2) stock market has dropped significantly recently, in short term it might
go up or down, but I believe the overall trend of 2019 is going down, the

big change, like this Jan H1B memo,
CIR, spillover rule change, I predict we can use only our share to progress.
But as I mentioned in another post,
more EB2 might try EB1. So EB2 can still progress until the end of FY, when
spillover and bundled with India
happened.
Any more comments? I'd like to make it looking good but I have sacrificed
resolution. |

In Jan VB, he predicted the FY end PD will be Oct 2005 for Chinese. And it's
Nov NOW. We should go to 2006
w/o problem by this FY end. |

IV assumes approval rate for EB2I will be flat or increase till the end
of Sep. That might drive cut off date to Dec 2006 by FY2010.
I feel it is likely, but there is no solid evidence to support.
Remembering that, in the middle of Sep 2008, DOS suddenly informed USCIS
to stop EB2IC approvals although the cut off date already was set as Aug
2006. |

to Aug 2007 SOFAD needs to be 30-35K right? Do you think SOFAD will be that

The huge spill over is not because of the "increased difficulty" of EB1.

Seems 12,000 are from unused EB1 by prediction, and it may be used for May
before the SO process begins in July to September.
"[US]CIS says they have seen a decline in filings, and does not expect a
change in the number use pattern. Therefore, this decline in EB-1 number use
will allow me to begin having those "otherwise unused" numbers drop down

quarters, even lower than 15k. You can check it on IV website.
Only the first two quarters are giving us 9k Spillover!!!
IV people estimated total EB1 spillover is around 20k this year!!!
I think 12k is for May only. In this summer, they should release 8k more Eb1
plus Eb2 & EB5. I am confident this year we will have at least 30k spill
over just as what I predicted!!! |

Friends many of you have asked on when your specific dates will be current.
For now on the strength of numbers following is the current situation.
- The current cap consumed is 6K of regular I/C cap and around 9K of the 12K

PERM = EB2 + EB3, I dont' know if there is any way to tell the proportion
in this total number, but this proportion will be an important factor if you
want to use the data to predict the VB movement. |
