as I remembered.
It is limited in 30 years now.

modeling has changed financial analysis, for example.
there are many such modeling involved in my work on bioinformatics and
genomics, that's why I get to know their power.
You don't have to fully understand all the mechanisms, but you can still
implement a model to catch the major factors to make a very powerful
predictor.
Anyhow you must know better than me.

但是从小到大听说的都是地震不可预测
长在地震多发地，从小到大被n多次谣言搞得半夜不能睡觉，跑到学校操场待着，后来
越来越不愿意相信了，在家蒙头大睡

的亲戚，几乎每到夏天都来这么一场，我跟我爸都在家呼呼睡，我妈睡觉轻，楼下都是
人在那聊天她就睡不着了，，她睡不着就去楼下聊天，我和我爹继续睡，呵呵
小的时候觉得好玩，还跑去四处通知别人，而且那时候也没电话，我就半夜去敲我好朋
友她们家门，把她爸妈奇怪的呢，现在想想真好笑

能推测准实在是小概率事件
而且政府也不可能说听到了什么消息就疏散群众阿，太不切实际了
就算提前预警了，但是如果通知得太早，大家很快就懈怠了，警惕就放松了，
所以说，最根本的还是要增强建筑物的抗震强度，改善建筑结构
像学校容易塌那也很容易理解，因为跨度太大了，而且非营利性单位，房屋年久失修的
，可怜了孩子们，看得太难受了
