里的主要食材。
但说起腊肠，也让不少人谈虎变色。因为市场上绝大部分的香肠，腊肉，火腿都含有硝
酸盐，亚硝酸盐。亚硝酸盐不但致癌，本身也有毒（出自维基百科 http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/亚硝酸盐）。过量食入会致死。
既然亚硝酸盐这么可怕，那么为什么制作香肠，腊肉，火腿还要加入这个呢？有没有无

看了一下火车，
Budapest - Prague 四口要450$左右，
Prague - Munich 要380$左右
venice - vienna要$330
这些都是eurorail上flexible的票，有没有不flexible (non-refundable),但便宜的票?
有bus什么的么？
如果买europass的话，
如果买了奥地利的pass,要到budapest的话，是不是单补买一张从奥凶边境到budapest
的票就行了?
还有一个问题就是要坐夜火车的话，europass是不是算两天? |

过年吃吃喝喝，酒足饭饱以后当然要读书，而且要读有趣的书。这里就是一本适合这样
场合的书，《Black Opera》，且听我慢慢道来……
前一阵子去图书馆晃悠，在科幻部看见一本书《Black Opera》，看见封面觉得很好奇
，就随手翻了起来，结果三页之内就被hook上了，欲罢不能。作者Mary Gentle，我不
是特别熟悉，反正也不是很重要，关键是读书，而不是去研究作者生平。
有一类科幻叫做Alternate History，还是非常大的一个科幻sub-genre。不知道国内这
类书翻译成什么，暂且就叫做另类历史吧。就是说，基本上是历史题材，但是改动很少
的几个关键的地方，其他的部分都按照原有的历史设定。例如，假定在十九世纪的英国
，巴贝奇的差分机成功了，结果在蒸汽机时代就有了蒸汽驱动的计算机，当然，这个
sub-genre就是steampunk了。或者，在拿破仑战争时代，还是英国给法国打仗，但是，

xxx针灸可能有些效果，但是跟经络无关。而且多数针灸的效果都模棱两可。文革前大

在初等数学中有一个有趣的Pick定理，它是说平面直角坐标
系里一个以整点为顶点的多边形的面积S=I+B/2-1,其中I表
示多边形内部的整点数，B表示多边形边上的整点数，这个定
理是Pick在1899年证明的，据说当时没有引起很大关注，直
到1938年Steinhaus的《数学万花筒》收录了这个结果才为世
人所知
Pick，Georg Alexander（1859-1942）是Mach的学生，1910
年推荐Einstein到German University of Prague工作，
Einstein在Prague时经常和Pick一起散步，Pick小提琴拉地也
