首先说一下为什么对这个感兴趣．之前看到朋友转的知乎上一句话，＂我们坚持一件事
情，并不是因为它会有好的结果，而是因为我们坚信，这么做是对的．＂这句话在一堆
恶搞和搞笑的话语中间，显得对比特别强烈．而且哈维尔的话在知乎上似乎流传很广．
作为穿越过媒体和政府之前反枪浪潮依然幸存的我们，让我感觉这句话很适合．然后，
我就去google了一下Havel的原文，如下：Hope is definitely not the same thing
as optimism. It is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but
the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out.
原文更多的讲的是希望，而这个＂并不准确＂的中文翻译看起来似乎更高大上一些，
but anyway，两句话的意思我觉得都很赞同．
然后我就去看了一下Havel的介绍，感兴趣的可以看下面链接，我摘抄了一部分．

能够不被到手的权力腐蚀，依然坚持正确事情的，我觉得就很令人尊敬了，反正我自问
是绝对会被权力腐化的一类人．
不过单纯的政治并不能保证民权，就像当初美国国父们做的一样，人民有自己的手段才
能对抗dictation．于是又去查了一下捷克的枪权，看看他是否是一个言行合一的人？

捷克的一些限制在欧洲算是相当宽容的了，甚至比美国有些地方更宽容，当然也有很多
比美国红脖州严格的，但这些部分里面，我觉得有很多可以借鉴用来针对美国的弊端．
比如他们购枪的年龄限制，体检，笔试等等，而不像美国只有考CCW才有笔试，这是购
枪的基本要求．而且捷克对外国人也是shall issue．我不是这方面的专家，所以就是
大概乱说一下，具体参照上面链接里的：Obtaining a License．
下面说说捷克的CCW．这方面跟德州很像，CCW只要有license就可以，但不允许open
carry．而且捷克手枪不允许用HP弹，只有rifle可以，应该是跟他们低犯罪率和
humanity的考虑．
引用链接特别提到合法CCW持有者，对于一个安全社区的作用：The Czech Republic is
relatively safe country (Prague, having the highest criminal rate in the
country still rates as one of the safest capitals in the European Union[70])
. Considering the number of the E category licenses there are about 200 000

many of them regularly do so.

提到捷克，就不能不说CZ，美轮美奂的东欧枪．无论是我自己的cz４５２，还是朋友的
cz７５，都是好用又漂亮．
看完Havel的介绍，我觉得是不是应该去支持一下cz，买个cz７５了呢？ | q***x

weapons, it is good enough. Any more control is just BS.
讲到捷克枪，枪如其人。线条流畅，美观。枪管重心低，便于连发控制准度。可惜工业
底子还是不够，质量不是一流。
两年前同时买了CZ P01 和 SIG 229, brand new.CZ broke two springs, firing pin
spring and trigger reset spring. SIG has no problems, like a German tank.
今天靶场试射新买的SIG 229, 警用版。Perfect.一点感触，抄诗一首：
去年今日靶场中，
CZ SIG 相映红。
CZ 不知何处去，

捷克也是shall issue，不过他们需要通过笔试和体检，我觉得比美国是个美国人就能
随便买要好得多．而且像我们大多数在美国的非移民外星人，考猎照得考试其实就跟他
们笔试类似，而美国人只要不ccw，就没这个要求．我也上过ccw的课，我看到捷克的笔
试包括了打猎和防卫两方面．所以即使你不申请ccw，也需要知道，不像美国各种金手
指，胡乱比划枪之类的．美国的监督靠的是peer review和自觉．
捷克跟美国没得比了，不过在欧洲已经算很宽松的了．美国的枪支管理是有漏洞这个不
可否认，之所以我们不同意政府主导的控枪是因为他们丫说的都是扯淡，不make sense
．而且荔波肉的个性是蹬鼻子上脸．看看O８马最近折腾的这个什么女权payment运动，
按所有人求平均来说女人收入低，这不是扯淡么？应该是按同一级别职位看收入是否有
歧视，他如果说女人高职位的不多，是歧视，都比单独说工资有说服力．还说什么外面
差距是２３%，结果被人曝出来他自己宫里男女差异有３０%
