following are important features:
- for deer or hog hunting, average 50yd, max 150yd.
- generous eye relief
- wide FOV, at least 45' @ 100yd
- low power 1-5 mag range is ok. May not need variable power
- light weight, preferably < 10oz. 8oz range would be better.
I have a vortex diamondback 2-7x35. But bumped in to this Simmons 1.5-5.

his lower left leg is artificial. This surprised me. His boxing technique is
fairly good. Though his movement is a little unbalaced, I would never imagine

5. Volley warm up for 5 min - both at net
6. Volley - one at net one at baseline

8. if possible, practice some overhead

feed is relatively fast and low (i guess you don't have choice in the
basement), and thus your swing is more of a regular backhand (which is great
practice btw). However, in a match, the swing volley are typically for the
ball much higher and float a bit, so typically you would tend to prep a bit
higher and swing down a bit more. If it's coming with that much pace and

Sonic Yoga, but sometimes I try to squeeze my schedule to get into the 6pm
to 6:30pm class as well, It feels good in the afternoon as the body is more
open. They have lots of great teachers!
I restarted my bikram yoga today after a one month hiatus. Man it is tough.

anyway, just wondering if anyone practices at these places. I am a guy,

My first first pair of practice shoes are Betty. Fit my feet well and very c
omfortable. After three years of heavy use, I got another pair.
I also recently got two pairs of Betty latin shoes. The quality is definitel
y way better than Capezio, comparable to my Rayrose, and fit my feet better
than Freed of London.
My Betty standard shoes are not up to expectation though. They are not balan
ced. But I don't know if it's just that pair.

it looks easy and boring, but it's everything for
a drummer, consistency in speed and volume is
everything. and i can guarantee you you'll lost
yourself in less than 1 min. try to play this for
a song length you'll know what i'm talking about.
start w/ deadly slow speed, then go up as fast as
you can, make sure both sticks raise to the same
height and hit on a small circle -- you can't at
the first 2 or 3 month, but keep on practice!!

家里老人刚刚回去，we are on our own。2 小孩，我们有些经验，老公特别是做饭的
快手（因为他喜欢偷懒，他的名言“这个世界是懒人创造的”）
现在分享一下我们家的可以30分钟就能吃的（好吃就算了，只要能吃就行 呵呵）：
1）pizza，costoc cheese pizza，再做个蔬菜汤 ( 这个绝对是懒人的top 1)
2）micaronni cheese, 家里小老美的最爱，加点cheese，butter，加点蔬菜，火腿丁

3）这个是我的拿手面条：青菜+木耳炒一下，egg花put汤里，放上煮好的面，把葱切段

后油炸以下，这个是上海的葱油面的翻版，呵呵，我们家的小孩大人都喜欢吃，又健康

有一个table Products.
要求用户在web上搜索后返回随机顺序， 而且显示的时候要求带paging
请问我该怎么作？
是该一次把数据都从DB读出来，Populate到Product的object里面， 然后放到一个Arra
yList里面，Shuffle, 再从ArrayList里面提取objects来implement paging? 或者只把
ProductID放到Session里面，不过这要是Products table太大，也不太现实阿
还是该一次只读一部分数据（Items Per Page), 这样是不是必须用TempTable了阿(
SELECT
, then shuffle, then insert into temptable), 那岂不是每个用户session都要一个

/encrypt 根本就不是加密的，别人拿着硬盘的话，是不是不用黑root，都能翻出来？
第二种方式的问题是：每次重启，都必须在机器前physically 输入密文。因为系统需
要密文才能跑起来，跑网络。
