在journal 3篇吧，2篇1作，1篇二作，还有若干conference，因为我做的东西比较
practical（比较偏programming），所以感觉不太好发paper，但是对于业界非常好找
工作，这个technique就我一个人会，整个系统也基本上是我一个人搭起来的，感觉有
点dirty work，但是又是非常必须的工作，做出来的东西看起来fancy，但是academic
value比较难挖掘。我因为毕业想找faculty job，但是现在funding紧张，没有办法选
择project，只能继续做这个，想请教各位faculty，如何平衡这个问题呢？当时接受这
个project，一方面是想因为我这个系统搭起来，别人会用我这个系统，就可以一起写
paper，第二，自己也想train一些自己的programming skill，不过现在看起来，两者
非常难以兼得，像这种practical的work是不是也可以好好挖掘，发到好的journal上呢

国内医学本科，在美国读的基础博士(r1,30-50的学校,医学院比较好），wet bench
based，发了5-6中档期刊的文章，没有cns的。老板不牛但是很照顾。博士毕业开始做
住院医，另一个大学，也是r1,50-75,医学院比较好。现在residency + clinical
fellowship快做完，开始要做research fellowship了。
division是2.5年research完做instructor，如果拿到K升AP (tenure track) (option
1).
另外的选择就是做private practice (option 2).
之前一直觉得physician scientist的Lifestyle很好，做了几年医生接触了private
practice才发现也没想象的糟糕。钱后者比faculty要多很多。
对faculty的concern,不是很喜欢现在的division （几年下来人员变动比较大），虽然

last 2 practice sessions driver 很差， 仍然很多top spin low fly 加上nose
dive。 原因我也知道， 就是club head close too much at impact, 完全变成网球上
手抽球。
我尝试了先打pw,8i warm up and get into groove. shot iron 打的校准， 距离也
很不错（比我当时的大多driver 还远）， 直接上手。 但是driver 还是答不出应有的
launch angel。
driver swing 和iron swing 还是不同。 最近的一个practice session, 我用了5 球
就矫正了driver。时不时还有low hook, 但是至少没有top spin nose dive 了。

distance or break of my first putt, and leave myself around 4-5 feet to
recover.

1 练扎实的直推功， 练习到5 yards. 到 lowes 买几根小铁棒棒，1.99／根， 忘记
名字，同样东西， golfgalaxy卖8刀／根. 摆成tunnel, 苦练。 好消息是每天连 1 小
时， 几天就可能见效：）
2. 对于长距离，力求第一杆推到离洞1－2尺范围 （握竿一定不要紧）。
3. 准备时， 一定要做 practice stroke, 一定要慢慢想象， 用眼睛， “看”， 球

便有想打球。找谁呢？
这球友的事儿，正如Dok所言，靠人品。我的人品，想必算起来是不错了。上次发信两
个星期后，认识了两位球友，一位水平高于我，另一位水平相当。最近又联系了一位，
估计水平也较接近。这几位球友都非常热情，看我离的较远，都主动搞定场地。不仅如
此，一位球友为了照顾我的开车距离，还把场地选择到了距离他家20分钟的地点。这人
品，一个字，棒。
话说后来约了水平相当的球友周日早晨8点见面。一路兴奋，尽然出门忘记带鞋子，直
接导致迟到10分钟。。。到场以后，看到球友和两个女儿打的的虎虎生风，那个羡慕啊

吃南瓜 eat pumpkin 特点是吃不完，吃过需要停留3秒
喝酒袋 drink jiudai 特点是需要加水 fill skin 喝完停留3秒
打坐 dazuo 特点是其间不能输命令，而醒来时间不一定。而且如果食物喝水减到0%就不
能dazuo。打坐完气血恢复。

话说前两天RP大爆发,在BUCKS的网站上玩抽奖,赢得了2张星期6的COURTSIDE SEATS的球
票. 我一同事听说了这事, 本来准备参加婚礼的也不去了,和我一起去看球去了.
进了场地坐下后,觉得从来没有和球员这么接近过,真爽.球员正在训练半截蓝和跑篮,
趁空隙喊了两声阿联, 他回头往我这边看了会,有个EYE CONTACT. 12点钟OPEN
PRACTICE正式开始,球员被一个个介绍入场,阿联进场的时候满场欢呼"YI!" 看来还是不
少人喜欢他的.然后就是投篮和跑篮训练,期间阿联空中接力灌了一个,无眉侠也不示弱
灌了一个.
10几分钟后对内黑白对抗赛开始,白队阿联,REDD, BELL, 无眉侠等, 黑队BOGURT,DAN,
MO WILLIAMS,BOB SIMMON等. 阿联居然是打中锋的位置,对上了ANDR |
