另外，有谁能推荐一下生成movie的小软件么，希望movie的size不要太大？用过
QuickTimePro，最后的movie size实在太大了，不适合做presentation.

关，就开始做新的，中间忘了另存一下，到晚上做的昏了头，直接save了，而且还把
powerpoint关了，然后突然想起大事不好，把原来的file 给overwrite了。我的是XP，
有没有什么办法能恢复？下载了一个recover的软件，只能恢复删掉的文件，overwrite
的没用。怎么办啊怎么办

装好的打印机应该叫Acrobat PDF吧？
既然是2007，可以用左上角菜单-save as-adobe pdf(装了adobe的情况下)或者pdf or
xps
(这个不装也可以用)，也可以从ribbon上选acrobat tab，create pdf。这两个方法比起
直接打印来还有一个好处就是可以在生成的pdf里保留原文的链接。 |

。要在苹果机上存成pdf格式（windows里office2010也可以直接存成PDF，但效果稍差
）。然后把PDF文件导入photoshop或免费的GIMP软件，修剪一下，再存成图形文件就沒
问题了。 |

我个人不推荐，因为一不小心就会搞错，会让图片看起来象是假的。

PowerPoint的动画效果比较多，但图片只能一幅一幅地动作。如果你有两幅图片要一左
一右或一上一下地向中间同时动作，可就麻烦了。其实办法还是有的，先安置好两幅图
片的位置，选中它们，将之组合起来，成为"一张图片"。接下来将之动画效果设置为"
左右向中间收缩"，现在请看一看，是不是两幅图片同时动作了？
2. 滚动文本框的制作
右击工具栏打开"控件工具箱",再点击文本框,而后从"属性"里面把滚动条打开,在TEXT
里面输入文本框的内容.(完成)还可以通过"其他控件"中的SHOCKWAVE FLASH OBJECT 实
现PPT中加入FLASH。
3. 轻松隐藏部分幻灯片
对于制作好的powerpoint幻灯片，如果你希望其中的部分幻灯片在放映时不显示出来，

发帖数: 3001 | 24 在计算机协会拿到了Office 2010，版本不错，网上有零零星星的一些报道，虽然不是
专业的写手，不过这也给大家多报些细节出来。
Office2010 的启动界面做的比较炫，都是动画的，看看几个软件的界面，启动的速度
还是挺快的，所以只有outlook能截到动画。
这次升级，变化最大是outlook的界面，也改成了ribbon风格，菜单左上角的那个圆的
Button也改成了蓝色的方形，整体界面是浅蓝色，第一次用的时候有些刺眼，不过感觉
界面做的还是很不错。
点开blue button以后，相对2007的变化较大，先看看word的，因为是在集成办公环境
中，自己又装了live shavedview 当注册了live office work space,所以在share下的
内容比较丰富。
还有一个变化比较大的是print,可以直接在右面预览，这个比较方便，不过第一次的时
候笨了一次，没找到打印按钮在哪，找了半天在左上角，高亮的时候是淡黄色的，平时
是和界面一样，虽然按钮挺大，不过没注意还真看不到。

先用powerpoint制作需要的slideshow，由于powerpoint在照片slideshow方面的专业能
力，你可以做很复杂的slideshow结构。
然后用一个叫做imtoo powerpoint to video business的软件来实现ppt 到video的转
换。你可以从网上下载到这个软件。这个软件可以支持到1080p的视频转换结果。
由于我刚刚转换了一套照片，所以还有个小瑕疵没搞明白：这个转换软件似乎对ppt中
音乐支持有问题，导致转换过程中，当我使用wav做的ppt背景音乐曲目切换时会卡死。
最终我去掉所有的音乐，才成功转换。速度可以接受。
我最后使用苹果的imovie在输出的video重新配乐。

发帖数: 127 | 50 2003年我父亲从加拿大回去后检查出肺挨着早期，然后就作了手术。，在这之前递交了团聚移民申请。经过多次体检后还是给拒了。使馆给了我们两个材料，说也是朝出加纳的平均社会服务的花费。我当然要上述打官司了，在接到出庭日期之后，我仔细的看了看那两份文件。这两份文件都说的是只用来给政府参考，只是研究报告，并不是政府文件，我这不就抓住他的把柄了吗。再仔细看，他们用的统计数据源有问题，竟然提到用了powerpoint的数据，任何人都可以作个powerpoint，所以powerpoint的数据狗屁不是，怎么能给政府作参考呢？这有是把柄，还有他的统计数据量太少，统计会有很大偏差。再看，肺癌症花费真的很惊人，可咱会算，5年以上的早期癌症，根据他的数据，在5年以后算是治愈了，平均每年花费500元，我们怎么能负担不起呢！500元远远低于加拿大大正常人的医疗保健花费。这个数据他重要了，在出庭的时候就没说这分材料不适合给政府作参考，说另一份不行：），最后打官司的结果是必须继续处理我父母移民的case.我也没有再申辩。可问题就出在这个继续了，他不是说必须批准移民。。又经过若干次体检还是不批，还让出什么身体状况的才料 |
