should be fine, as long as he use the rebar and pour to the right thickness.
Other jobs, I am not so sure you can have 包料, things like replacement
windows, good one and cheap one price difference is huge. |

base does have the problem the other guy mentioned: it will mingle with dirt
and leaves and years later, weeds will grow in the space...
If you want to do it right, you should put a few inches gravel (item4, etc.)
, compact as base, then either pour your concrete pad with wire mesh
reinforcement, and then brick and mortar. This will be the best solution.

mold，没有的，过几天就干了。

re-pour new concrete footing or pour with bracket. Make sure the posts are
level across the length of the field. Nail in top/bottom horizontal 2x4
support beams and then screw in the fence panels.
You'll need a good set of saw cause there'll be a fair amount of cutting.
Knocking loose the old concrete footing is heavy labor with sledge hammers,
suggest you hire a day laborer to help. |

closing date是二月，他说还是可以二月close, 不过可能等三四月再pour concrete
driveway/sidewalk. 这个对我而言无所谓，我只是在考虑如果拖到三四月close的话会
不会rate上升，最后反而比二月close多花钱。不知道早close一个月除了在home
insurance 上多花钱外，其他还有什么地方要花钱？早close要多交property tax一类
的吗？utility花费肯定是有的。 |

发帖数: 1032 | 18 水泥。水泥一般要cure 28天，pour 完后一周可以开车上去。一般contractor都会安好
以后就喷sealer, 往后每隔一两年seal一次，不seal也没事。沥青一般要cure 更长时
间，seal一般是一年以后。夏天高温的时候沥青有可能会变软，如果出现裂缝或者坑洼
的话，自己可以买cold asphalt patch. 水泥都可能有crack. 要对比不同的
contractor,有的用fiber mesh, 有的用wire mesh. 一般4 inch 厚，最关键的还是
base, 多铺点gravel,压实以后再pour concrete. 你要想fancy的话，可以弄stamped
concrete.
除了水泥和沥青，还可以考虑Tar and Chip Driveway, 很漂亮也实用，造价不高。 |

ok, here are my closing procedures. I live in MA, I close my poor mostly at
the end of Sep, although it could be sooner. My procedures apply to my in-
ground vinyl liner pool. I assume other types of pools are similar.
IMPORTANT: pool repairs are expensive! you have to be very careful, don't
rush, if you don't understand the steps, don't do it. you may ruin your pool
permanently!

我担忧的是怎么以后能够让娃生活自理，自立而不拖累这个社会，怎么学会和人交流（
说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的
痛苦。。。但是看到了最近的热贴，有些id对我们这些可怜的家庭们的各种不太善意的

1.选Inspector
在网上看过一个帖子，歌词大意是Inspector一定要自己找或者朋友介绍。Realtor介绍
来的人怕把Deal搅黄了，有事不敢讲。如果你和你的经纪人连这点信任都没有建立，你
们这一路走过来走得好辛苦。
但是Inspector的意见被旁人左右的事情也是有的，尤其是一个人的小公司。我遇到过
有一单Inspector在查房的时候告诉我们water heater（也就用个八九年，寿命将近也
不足为怪）要换了，seller是个builder，事后给inspector打了一个电话，Report上面
就赫然变成了service recommended。我喜欢Tiger，当场出report没有人为干扰的机会。
再就是要找不怕得罪人敢写的inspector，大一点的公司，inspector不愁客源，什么都
敢说。但缺点是公司大了，inspector的水平良莠不齐。六七年前inspector的进门坎儿
不高，进来一批人滥竽充数，已经被市场淘汰的差不多了，剩下一星半个的不巧让你碰

If very slow, you can use them.
To make it even more quick, you can boil a lot of water first, pour them
down, they should heat up the pipes and chemical reaction will be faster.
Pour what ever you got (acid, base or bleach), let them work for a while.
Flush with more boiling water later.
You need chemistry lab grade stuff (not the weak version from store) to work
fast.
H2SO4, HNO3 and HCl should all work very well in drain cleaning. |
