精），抗生素，抗真菌药，重金属（主要是镉汞铅）含量都非常高，根本无法在中国作
为食品出售。正是因为使用大量的激素，所以美国猪肉才这么便宜。中国卖的猪肉的养
殖方式，大概跟美国卖的35美金一磅的猪肉类似。中国猪肉大概不超过人民币20圆，美
国猪 肉（同档次）在20－35美金左右。
目前整体蓄业药物用量美国全年的用量是中国的10万倍，不排除中国的较大的规模饲养

除了扳机的磅数以外，行程也差别不少。双动/LEM很长。因为我拿它打单动，玩靶场。
所以无所谓。如果你还有别的用处，用LEM V1好像比较。重，长的扳机容易打偏，尽管
组很紧。

可是年龄越大，吃的不变，但体重却越来越高。
这次想比较郑重的减肥，目标是减到110磅。开始125磅，5个星期减了4.5磅。但是从两
个星期前好像变得越来越难减。
week 1, lost 1 pound
week 2, lost 1.25 pound
week 3, lost 1 pound
week 4, lost 0.75 pound
week 5, lost 0.5 pound
现在每天热量用lose it控制在1100卡一下，而且从week 4开始一天运动30分钟，run
4mile on cross trainer. 2 days in week 4, 5 days in week 5.但是效果根本不好
。
我很想每星期减1磅，但是不知道还能怎么控制，或者加运动？
想请问这里的高手，能否指点一下我的饮食和运动，怎么才能快点减到110 pound??为
了减这几磅已经很痛苦了，想肉想的不行。

以前经常到处蹲点买旧的LEGO.有时候能搞到不错的deal.但是也很费时间。有木有。。
一般就是这么几个地方
1) craigslist
这个地方曾经搞到过几个相当不错的deal.但是现在发现人们都精明起来。便宜的走的
快，走的不快。不便宜。
好处，就是有的放矢。主要是email/电话。相对比较"省"时间,当然如果看准了不错的
也要马上去pickup.
2) fleamarket/resale shop.
家边上有个Fleamarket(20mins drive?).
卖旧东西,有时候也有LEGO. (不知道卖家哪里收来得)
这个也看运气,一般要早去,看到好deal.马上拿下.
但是有时候,也一无所获阿. 费时间. 而且flea market有时候还收门票..

刚刚在网上买了两天的london pass，带travel的。付了邮费让寄过来。
用了coupon共76.5 pound.
现在就想着怎么充分利用了。
第一天，早上6点到Heathrow, 坐Heathrow express 15 分钟到市中心， 12pound。
在市区逛，最有名的
Tower of London 18 pound,
Westminster Abbey 16 pound,
St.Paul's Cathedral 14.50pound
第二天，做火车半小时去windsor,
来回车票， 16 pound
windsor castle 16.50pound
下午，
Thames River Boat Cruise: 13.50
这些费用加起来 106.5 pound, 刚刚值回票价。 想到别的交通费用，有时间还可以去其它地方看看，不用排队买票，等等，还是挺划算的。 |
