碱水=枧水，现在使用的枧水已不是草木灰了，而是人们根据草木灰的成分和原理，用
碳酸钾和碳酸钠作为主要成分，再辅以碳酸盐或聚合磷酸盐，配制而成的碱性混合物，
在功能上与草木灰枧水相同，故仍称为枧水。如果仅用碳酸钾和碳酸钠配成枧水，则性
质很不稳定，长期贮存时易失效变质。一般都加入10%的磷酸盐或聚合磷酸盐，以改良
保水性、粘弹性、酸碱缓冲性及金属封锁力。

参见具体policy。健康保险如无明文提到exception，一般可以认为不报。看病之前，自学一下保险手册的关键条款（有生命危险或疼得天昏地暗者除外）。
2. 看牙咋省钱？
有保险的考虑适当拖延。到下一年可以用新报销额度。
自费买dental insurance：一般premium几百/年，一年最多报销两千，外加
waiting period，所以不一定合算。临时报佛脚的情况就不要考虑了。
dental discount plan：在参加计划的诊所可以立刻打折。比如Aetna Advantage Dental。
收入确实低的，在本地找免费或low cost诊所。这些地方可能有eligibility要求，很多只提供有限服务。
去附近的dental school clinic，给学生做小白鼠。

这两个药原理不一样，没有很大的可比性。一般来说indapamide用于轻度高血压，在没
有其他并发症的情况下，主要原理是让一些多余的钠排出体内来降低血压，作用原理比
较单一；但是avapro作用于肾防止血管收缩，钠和水的再吸收等等。有时avapro会引起
高钾的状况。但是这个药有很多优点，在患者同时有diabete或者CHF的情况下对病情有
很好的辅助作用。
需要注意的是：
1。如果用任何potassium supplements需要在医生的指导下使用
2。如果出现任何肿胀的症状，需要马上联系医生，特别是嘴唇，脸部和舌头部位。 |

昨晚跑去买了gerber家罐装的，号称是加了DHA
我买它不是为了DHA，是因为这款sodium and potassium含量最低
当时和LG也讨论了一下为啥有妈妈说从地球家一换成gerber家就吃了
发现gerber家有sugars，含量为1/15啊
有点犹豫，美国人的饮食习惯偏甜，我们不希望宝宝养成这种习惯
但后来发现除了地球家全都有糖，还是买回来了
今天我自己先试了试，其实并不甜
没感觉比地球家的甜，但貌似泡出来更细腻
结果宝宝一口接一口，吃得非常顺利

成分比母乳和配方奶差很多，比如含铁低，钠,钾，氯化物等比母乳要高很多，小宝宝
的肾脏还没发育好，吃普通的牛奶会加重肾的负担。钠的摄入量多了，会导致宝宝脱水。
发育好的宝宝到九个月这样Ped就会批准喝超市的鲜奶了。
