are on top of the salary (~20%) and include health coverage for you and your
family, as well as vision and dental. 刚才有人说这个工资有点低, 而且有人说他

易。曾经听academic h1b的朋友说要转industry 一年只有非常短的窗口期，industry
要人一般都是要immediately availble 的，所以很难。
之前我有不少电话面试，最后都问到我能不能work without restriction，我回答他们
说我需要sponor working VISA 就没下文了。
我拿的化学Ph.D. 09年底毕业的时候化学很难找工作，现在化学恐怕也很困难。找到的
这个公司还是因为我有朋友在里面工作的时候介绍的。 这样我在industry 用OPT作了
一年,但公司不支持H1. 同时我又在学校用OPT干了两年bio chemistry 的Post Doc，当
然这也是熟人介绍的。这两份工作有一段时期我是同时做的（一个白班，一个夜班），
后来实在是干不动了，quit公司的活了。

今天有新提案....
因为其实 Post-doc 也快完了(剩下几个月)，有些论文也快将完成。
Post-doc 方面建议我照旧立即去做教授，但继续拿post-doc工资直至约满(不足半年)
。如此一来，那些快将写好的论文，就可以 dual affiliation。
不知通常来说，大学方面会否欢迎这个提案呢? |
