这次做的面包放了酵母。
此款的面包的原名是Broa,也许是葡萄牙语吧。
方子来自“ultimate bread”。
原料：2 tsp yeast
125ml lukewarm milk
200ml water
200g yellow cornmeal
300g unbleached flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp olive oil（家里没有橄榄油，我用植物油代替了）
将酵母溶入温牛奶中。静置５分钟。
将酵母水倒入水中，混合。
在面盆中放入盐、面粉、玉米粉，然后倒入酵母水和水的混合物，以及油。
揉成面团，发酵至两倍大。
拍倒发酵中的面团，放置１０分钟。
塑形成圆形面团，然后盖上保鲜膜发酵至两倍大。
预热烤箱４００Ｆ。烤的方法为蒸汽法，可参见前面的法式面包烤制方式。
烤之前，在面团上撒上玉米粉。
烤４５分钟。
