受伤而不能保持运动量的时候；
减肥速度比不上版上神仙们的时候。
我想先记录一下最近的饮食，然后找出问题所在，进行调整。我个人比较不喜欢吃剩的
，所以天天做肉太费劲，而被动吃素对于我不是太大问题。泡gym也可以做到，但一停
下来确实很长肉——体重大，关节肌肉有几个weak points了，特别容易劳损。
我的想法是把重心放在培养良好的生活习惯上——注意portion,保持可持续的运动量，
不要用食物来减压等等。
如果这些不好的习惯没有得到纠正，就是现在瘦到标准体重，有一天也会长回来的。这
