coughing sound was horrible, so we took him to the ER. The doctors there
gave him the 激素 once, and then let him have a Popsicle claiming that the
cold stuff could help dampening his inflammation around the throat area. My

礼拜一上午开始发烧，去看了医生，医生说肺部有杂音，不是很清楚，让去做一个xray
,本来打算礼拜二一大早就去，结果凌晨就开始发烧105度，马上去了ER,做了xray,显示
肺部有pneumonia,按照护士的话，a smudge of pneumonia,给开了阿莫西林。
到今天已经吃了两天药了，这期间还是经常发烧，今天尤其厉害，最高烧到103度，吃
了ibuprofen温度降下去，过2，3个小时又回到102.也给洗过澡，用毛巾降温，帮助都
不大。
护士说这是正常的，一般抗生素吃了之后3，4天才会见效。
但是我感觉抗生素就没工作，否则怎么还会一直高烧呢。
只要一发烧孩子就没精神，没胃口。今天一天就吃了一个酸奶，两个补水的Popsicle,
其他时候连水都不要喝，更别说食物了。
我的问题：
1. 吃了抗生素是不是马上起作用，多长时间退烧？
2. 会不会是抗生素不对症？有可能是病毒性的么？
3.到什么程度才会给打针或者输液？
4. 我是不是应该再带孩子去ER看看？
5. 退烧药是每六个小时吃一次，三个小时后就又烧了，怎么办... 阅读全帖 |

不过一般的病毒性感冒，如果孩子已经退烧，我不会继续给我的孩子用药。嗓子痛只要
不是特别剧烈，那么怎么判断疼痛是否剧烈呢？其实不难。因为如果痛感强烈，不论多
小的孩子都会用他/她的方式让你知到的。那时用药不迟。不过有80%的可能，什么事都
没有。
我会给孩子Popsicles。 Edy's Fruit Bars 不错，（贵一点，不过物有所值）孩子更
高兴。
药，是危险的朋友。世界上所有的药物都可以分为两类：
1.有副作用的; 2.副作用证明还没有达到threshold，所以还没发布的。
