按照 ＂Who Lied the Most at Wednesday’s Debate?＂引据第三方独立分析, 本人的
估算是，如果讲完全真话得1分，大体正确得0.75分，半真半假得0.5分，基本是假话
- 0.75 分。那么O 的总分是 2x1 + 3x0.75 + 3 x 0.5 = 5.75, 而R 的总分是
1x1+ 1x0.75 + 3x0.5 + 2x ( - 0.75 ) = 1.75 分。所以俩者的比例是
5.75 比 1.75，就讲真话而言，O 大胜。
那么为何多数人认为R大 胜？ 因为对于象辩论如此的瞬时事件，多数人更看风格，少看

重大区别的背景原因，同时也比较两党主政时期的实绩，以事实和数据来比较哪一个政
党的理念和政策更加有效。
1993 - 2016 两党相持不下的僵局
最近的24年，表面上是民主党（克林顿和奥巴马）占据优势，入主白宫16年，共和党只
有小布什的八年。但是在国会，同时掌控参众两院，共和党占了14年，民主党只有6年
，另外4年是民主党控制参议院，共和党控制众议院。
再具体分析，克林顿和奥巴马都是只有在他们八年中的前两年是获得由民主党同时控制
国会两院的支持，而小布什的前六年都是由共和党控制国会两院。这就是说，克林顿和
奥巴马其实是只有两年的时间来推行实践他们的治国理念和竞选诺言，而小布什则有足
足六年的时间。
历史偶然吗？
那么在2001-2007年，共和党保守主义在美国完全一党独大（美国最高法院则至少从
1991年开始直到今年二月极端保守派的Scalia去世，保守派已经控制了25年了）的结果
是什么？是2007-2008的全球金融崩溃，和由此引发的二次大战结束以来最严重的经济
大萧条。
